Bought a stream overlay in september 2024. Wanted to download it a month later as I started streaming. Download link expired. Wrote an email instantly. No answer. Wrote another email on new years. No answer. Discordlink not clickable on website. Cant even get my money back. A scam in my eyes

I has some concerns after buying a package from Streamplay, and I figured I'd hit them up through email. They got back to me fast. Their customer service is on point. and the products Streamplay offers are great. This is top-notch stuff. 5/5, no questions. Well deserved.

I've been eyeing one of those premium packages for a while now, and when I saw the 40% off Cyberweek deal, I figured it was finally time to pull the trigger. Honestly, my dad and I could've probably done something similar ourselves, but this saved me a ton of time and, quite frankly. a good chunk of money. Streamplay's customer service really impressed me too. I ran into an issue where the download gave me a notepad full of codes instead of the actual files, and while it was a quick fix on my end, they were right there with support. They even took the time to adjust the download itself so it would work properly on my Window PC.
I have to say, the value here is spot on, and the customer service? Absolutely worth it.

I was struggling to change the donation labels on my overlay to cheers since I rarely receive tips or donations through StreamElements. Fortunately, Mack from their team came to my rescue right after I opened a ticket. He provided live support and walked me through the entire process with detailed screenshots, making it super easy to fix my overlay for my stream. His assistance was top-notch, and I'm so grateful for the incredible service. Thanks a million for the help.

Alright so,

I have ordered a Stream Overlay on the 13th of August 2021, custom for myself.
Here I am, over one year later without an answer from the support team nor the person leading Streamplay.

Do NOT buy, this is Scam.

These are great! Look fantastic, and seemed pretty easy to install. Followed the video, installed the fonts are then the packages. Of course, I spent the next hour playing with everything, pretty fun stuff! Really looks nice, can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of it when I go live.

This thing is AMAZING!!! Had to go with the 4 instead of 5 because there are no alerts. I’m seeing the addition of panels and a comment saying alerts are coming soon. Any idea when? This thing is PERFECT for my brand (gamer dads).
