Asked for cancellation they charged anyways.

Look at the one star reviews for this company then look at the five star reviews. There are no legitimate positive reviews.

Received an email from customer support saying they would refund, and then never refunded it.

Because this is fraud I will be reporting the company to the BBB and local authorities. Don’t get got this is one man scam, not some legitimate company.

I did a lot of research and came across streamupgrade.com, so I finally considered using their service. I'm glad I chose them over others because they gave me the best results I could have wished for.
Never asked me for any downloads and after I completed my signup process, I just had to sit back and relax as everything was handled by the team

fake followers making it out to be something else. Gained over 400 followers within 48 hours and was only 100 followers, now most of my followers are fake and do not engage. did the free trial and stopped it before they could charge. Bad marketing practices

so ive had this service before and i ended up canceling it and here why..
i was paying a ridiculous amount bi-weekly for their service for only maybe 50-100 followers a week. not only that they were bot account which is against twitches rules. i explained this to them and they insured me they arent bot accounts. however during this process i kept loosing the followers they gave me. so i was scammed into this service whci i was paying allot for...just a couple days ago i reached out to them and told them i lost all the followers they gave me. within 24hours it was replaced and now im still loosing followers. and its not like 1 or 2 followers a day its 100's of followers a day..DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A SCAM,..

Ohhhh this company is a joke... I unfortunately fell victim of wanting to up my twitch followers game and this company sounded like the perfect way to do it. They offered me a 3 day free trial, so I went for it. The first day I had over 500 followers. What! I went live, expecting at least 20 people if not more to join.... 3. And they were all my friends. ..... what just happened? I went through my followers and they are literally just numbers and letters, all the same amount of characters, and all ending in 5 different digits. It was 100% obvious they were not actual people, they were bots. This was not what they market on their website. They stated that their system would reach out to people that share the same interest as what I stream, and would invite them to watch my streams... it was obvious this was not the case. I really wanted to hit affiliate, and I knew twitch would see these bots and NOT be happy. By the end of the three day trial, I had over 1500 .... bot followers. Talk about... obvious. I reached out to Madison with streamelements and requested to cancel my 3 day trial, as it was not for me. She messaged me back late Sunday while I was asleep (the end of my 3 day trial mind you) and offered me a lifetime half off offer of 50 dollars a week. Without having a chance to tell her NO... I wake up to $99.99 pulled from my account. I requested to cancel well in my free trial timeframe, and it was because Madison did not process my cancelation, that I was charged. I email her, not the least bit happy - told her to absolutely cancel my service, and to refund me my $99.99 because I did not authorize this and I canceled the day before, in my 3 day trial period.

She responds by telling me since the week already started, she would offer me discount of $49.99. No. Absolufely not. Im not going to pay for bots to spam my follower number. I tell her that no, I do not want this service to continue, that I requested to cancel the service well within my free trial and demanded my entire amount to be refunded and this service to stop immediately. She said she would process the full refund and that she canceled my service. Perfect. Right? Wrong.

She processed my partial refund of $49.99... and we are going on over two weeks, and im still waiting for the other $49.99. I email Madison at least two times a week asking where it is, to always get the same response "please allow 2 weeks for the refund to process. Please check your bank to make sure it hasn't already posted." REALLY? in what world does it take any system a full two weeks to process a refund!

Well.. here we are... waiting waiting for weeks now...for my second partial, $49.99 to hit my account... sigh.

My advice: steer clear from this type of company. Yes it is appealing and man wouldn't it be nice to have that many people interested in your stream... but in reality, they are bots that will not help you succeed.

Oh, and for those that are wondering, I deleted every last one of those bots from my account. Im at a solid 98 human followers and fine and dandy with that.

don't trust this website, its an obvious scam. All these reviews are blatantly fake and the "streamers" vouching for it don't exist.

My streaming numbers have grown 10x since they started working on my account. I am getting so many views on my videos as well and the donations are great as well.

They are the only company that you should go for if you wanna get more followers and viewers on Twitch. So far so good!
