Very poor service

Excellent Value, Quality Streaming & Outstanding Support

My radio stations are extremely important to me, so providing the best possible experience for my listeners is essential. Streemlion consistently delivers excellent value streaming packages and truly reliable hosting, which is why I chose them.

But the real strength of Streemlion is their support. Frank and the team have been absolutely brilliant whenever I’ve needed assistance, always friendly, fast, and incredibly helpful. It makes a huge difference knowing support like that is there when you need it.

The best in streaming.

StreemLion provides a reliable platform to stream from, as I have experienced no "downtime" during airplay. Great sound , great customer service' I'm glad I switched to StreemLion.

I've been using Streemlion for quite some time now and I must say I'm very satisfied.

The service is also excellent; I receive answers to my questions within 24 hours (often faster). It couldn't be better. If there's a problem, they'll definitely work with you to find a solution.

I use GrandLion Premium - Shoutcast and EverestCast. SHOUTCast Services are highly recommended!

I am very happy with the service.

I had a couple of minor problems when I first became a Streemlion customer but got help in a reasonable timeframe. They were very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with their service.

From my very first day with Streemlion

From my very first day with Streemlion, I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I have had great Tech and Customer Support with their Support Team every time I could not understand certain setup steps while I was still setting up my Radio Station. Support Tickets are promptly responded to and their Support Team are always understanding and friendly. The Streaming itself is always smooth and I have never experienced any disruptions of Streaming Airtime unless something on my end that is causing it but on their end everything is always on top. I am going to stick with Streemlion because I feel from my experiences with other lesser-known Companies in the past....There is no-one else I trust as much as I trust Streemlion Streaming. I recommend these guys to anyone who wants a top-notch experience.

Excellent Service

I've been a Streemlion customer for years, without any problems or dissatisfaction. We are extremely satisfied with Streemlion and consider it a very good provider.

Last week, however, something went wrong. We didn't receive an invoice because our mailbox wasn't receiving Streemlion emails.

As a result, the payment was late and a stream was blocked. We learned of this from a listener who alerted us that the station was off the air.

Naturally, we were very outraged and contacted Streemlion to clarify the situation.

We were given assistance in a friendly and usual manner to resolve this issue.

We also checked the settings on our mail server, and indeed, the error was on our side. The SPAM setting was too high, after which Streemlion emails were received.

The problem was resolved to our complete satisfaction, and everything is now working again.

Thanks Streemlion for the excellent service.

Stream stops after one play

Stream stops after one play, no answer from support.

I questioned the "music license", also no answer. It seems highly unlikely you are able to legally stream to YouTube using Streemlion.

In many cases where streams stop unexpectedly, it’s due to the user’s allocated AutoDJ storage space being full — a common issue that can disrupt playback. We highlight this and other helpful tips in the Service Welcome Email to guide smooth setup and usage.
As for music licensing: Streemlion is covered under SOCAN for Canada-based streaming. Streaming to platforms like YouTube depends on the content rights of the music you upload — not the hosting platform.

Good Streamhost, Questionable Licensing

Streemlion is an excellent streaming host with an easy interface and good uptime, but their claim of covering your music licensing is dubious. Maybe you're covered in Canada (maybe), but they definitely won't cover you in the US. SoundExchange does not recognize a Streemlion station as being licensed, and Streemlion will not come to your rescue when you get busted.

On the licensing side: you raised an important point. We’ve always stated — including in our Music License FAQ — that our SOCAN license covers broadcasting to Canadian listeners only. We’ve also been clear that broadcasters outside of Canada, such as in the U.S., may require additional licensing based on local rules.

Streemlion doesn’t claim to provide universal licensing, and we encourage users to confirm their legal obligations with their regional authorities (like SoundExchange or ASCAP). Our goal is always clarity and honesty.

I have been a faithful user for several…

I have been a faithful user for several years now. But for some reason they did not send me an invoice to pay for my monthy subscription. I have contacted them several times and no real reply from the admin. I wanted to make payment and was able to do so. Now my radio is shut off. Not sure what is going on. Wondering if anyone else is have difficulty. Please let me know on here.

We responded to your emails at the time with a full breakdown, including your receipt. We also offered to activate your service with a complimentary month if any proof of the missing payment could be provided — and that offer still stands if needed.
