Habe am 13.02.25 Bestellung und Bezahlung mit Paypal gemacht... dann am 22.02.25 erste und einzige Bestätigungsnachricht bekommen das Bestellvorgang abgeschlossen ist...Ware kam am 27.02.25 ...keine Rechnung dazu versendet... Ware wirkt dem Preis entsprechend okay und dementsprechend nicht so hochwertig ....bin sehr froh das ich die Sicherheitsschuhe zwei Nummern größer bestellt hatte denn Sie passen jetzt gerade optimal und sind auch ausreichend bequem...hoffe das die Drehverschlusstechnik nicht so instabil ist wie sie wirkt...ansonsten wäre das der Grund warum gleich zwei neue Schnürsenkel mitgeliefert worden sind....Fazit Bestellung einmal und nicht wieder...

Really disappointed. Awful shoes and awful customer service. Ordered 2 pairs, one pair of sandals and one pair of running shoes, both arrived and are made of really low quality material. I paid £70 for two pairs of shoes that aren't even worth £5. Absolute scam of a website. I email customer service for a refund, as not only are the shoes low quality, they don't fit and are too small. Their offer of a refund was £7! Do not buy from this website. It is not a UK based store despite the address on the page being in Dagenham.

I did not read any of the reviews on here before I purchased. Absolutely a scam. The so called orthopedic shoes I bought costing £37 are terrible. No such company in UK. No refund or return label came from china. Please please do not buy from them!!!!!!

Retouren nur auf eigene Rechnung nach China möglich, E-Mail-Antworten sind nur KI generierter Unsinn, der mit der Frage nichts zu tun hat.

Die bestellten Sicherheitsschuhe sind FAKE. Nicht aus Leder, giftig riechend, unbequem und ohne Fußbett. Die Seite ist gut gemacht, der Anbieter sitzt aber in China. Rücksendung dorthin und auf eigene Kosten. Für den Einsatz im Rettungsdienst sind diese Plastikschuhe UNGEEIGNET. Ich habe die Seite der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet.

A bogus company, goods took a long time to arrive, when they did it was totally the wrong size. Emailed back & forth, will not send me a returns label nor a refund. The mobile number is not the company just a private number with no connection to the company. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Not returns or refund option. 60 day risk free guarantee which they advertise doesn’t exist. Tried to leave review on website but it disappeared. I believe all the good reviews on there are fake.
Wasted money on unusable product

Ordered orthopaedic boots cost £48.99, I tried to track them for delivery order number, this number didn’t exist , after 10 days the item arrived wrapped in a bin bag no box or paperwork inside, from china not UK. The boots were shockingly poor quality I contacted them immediately for a returns label/refund. After several messages back and forth where they offered me a fraction of the price as ‘compensation’ !!! And keep the boots 🤣 I refused . Luckily I had paid via PayPal who I made a claim through and they agreed with me and gave me a full refund. Next time I buy online I think it would be wise to check trustpilot beforehand if it’s an unknown company, buyer beware.

A client bought some shoes costing £40 that was described as wide foot. They were not wide enough so wanted to return. Offered £8 but she could keep the shoes that don’t fit!!! Why would you want to keep them?
Then said she could return but after postage and fees she would only receive £15 back.
This website is a scam.
I only wish I’d been there when she ordered to save a vulnerable elderly women being scammed.

It is telling that there is no option to leave a review on their website, but there are multiple 5 star endorsements.
The website advertises 2 addresses in Dagenham, both of which are residential addresses and not
businesses.
They sent the wrong size to me and the slippers are not as advertised.
You have to return them to China which costs £20, and they have offered me £15 refund. I am pursuing a full refund through paypal. It would have been better to have put them in the bin

I seem to have done the same as everyone else here…. Made the purchase then researched the company to find out how bad they are! I purchased a pair of slippers. Mrs doesn’t like them. Asked to return they offered me £7 to keep them. When I refused that offer they old me there would be a return fee plus postage costs and I would end up with £12. Disgusting! Avoid these frauds based in China!!!

I bought 2 pairs of sandals costing £32.99 each and wanted to return 1 pair.

Rücksendungen sollen lt. Internetseite auf eigene Kosten an eine deutsche Adresse geschickt werden. Diese Adresse / Empfänger exsistiert aber nicht. DHL schickte mir Paket zurück.
Stridepure schickt per Mail eine chinesische Rücksendeadresse ohne Retoureschein. Paypalfall ist erzeugt.

Ordered some sandals. Paid by credit card. Later that day got a scam call from ‘card fraud people’ who said some transactions had been made on my card. Had last numbers on card, where I lived etc. Did not engage with them but rang the actual card provider at on a landline. No transactions on card not even the one for this supposed company. Cancelled card. Beware.
