Unfortunately I've joined the list of people who should have read the reviews first.
The company were very quick (to deliver the 'goods' and take my money) but didn't reply to my request for a refund.
This is The Company that gives ordering online a bad name.
The 'orthopedic' (spelling should have given me a clue) sandals appeared to be made of something less durable/substantial than the packaging they came in. Not good enough to pass to a charity shop or clothing recycling bin. I will be writing to Which magazine to make their readers aware. Not worth the 1 star needed to post this review.

I ordered shoes from here, but the quality is poor, and they didn't want to return the shoes. I kept emailing them, and in the end, they returned my money, 30 pounds. I paid £45.99. Please Dont buy from here

I like a lot of people did not read the reviews and I paid for buy 2 get one free. The quality is shocking these are not orthopedic. When I read the reviews I cancelled before that had shipped them but they sent them anyway. Now I am getting no response to get return labels so I have found their address and I am sending back guaranteed delivery and reporting them to Paypal and Barclaycard - do not use this company

Total con. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews as the ones on the website are clearly made up. I ordered these as I am on my feet all day and have been suffering from sore feet. Tried these shoes for one day found them so uncomfortable. Feel so foolish for not checking all the reviews.

Terrible company. Ordered shoes that were not even made of the material they were advertised as. When I then tried to arrange a return, I received no response. Am still waiting.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! utter cheap rubbish, when emailed for a refund they offered £20 refund and keep the shoes. Paid £45 for them, not even worth £20! Now no response to any further emails. SCAM

Thank you to everyone who has left a review about this company. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews before I ordered from them. I haven't received any proof of purchase emails from them nor the trainers ive ordered. I have contacted my bank regarding this.

Took ages to come. Ordered 3 pairs of shoes - none came in boxes - all stuffed in an envelope and really smelled strongly of some chemical something or other… They happen to have come up small for my size 7 feet - emailed as advised on website to get details for returns and have not heard back apart from one email I can’t make sense of that talks about keeping the shoes and getting a £20 voucher or something. I spent £80+ on these shoes and there’s no one to speak to for returns! It’s infuriating! Bad service, bad product and clearly a bad company

SCAMMERS, Do not buy from this site. It’s a disgrace this site is allowed to operate. They are total scammers. They sell sub-standard rubbish shoes stinking of chemicals and will not give you a return address as promised on their web page. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before I ordered. Lesson learnt!

SCAM do not buy from this website!! I purchased a pair of shoes, not fit for purpose, very cheap. I asked for postage label, didn’t receive so I posted to Dagenham address listed on website, I emailed quite a few times and got no response, they didn’t give me a refund. I went through my bank and raised a chargeback, I have my money back. I would give zero stars if able!!

I am reporting them to the ombudsman. This is a scam company taking advantage of people. Do the same if you can and get rid of them. Update: I went through PayPal to try to return the shoes for a refund after Stridepure stopped communicating. They started again when PayPal got involved and kept offering me increasing amounts of compensation (£55 was the last offer). They said they didn’t want the shoes back. I’ve left it with PayPal to take further action. I’m hoping they will at least warn people who use their service that Stridepure is a scam company.

I would give this so called company zero stars if I could, the wide fit shoes I purchased are definitely not wide fit, I cannot get my feet in them at all. Extremely cheap looking and feel to them, wish I had read reviews about this scam of a company before wasting my hard earned money. They took 3 weeks to arrive, absolutely no tracking details available at any time, when I did receive them they were in a plastic bag without a box, I’ve had better wrapped items from Temu!!! Do not order from this scam company.

Shoes arrived, poor quality (no way are orthopaedic) and too small. Didnt even come in a box, more like what you would expect Temu items to arrive like.

Emailed every couple of days, NO ANSWER, certainly not as they claim to be.

Wish I had read these reviews before hand!

I ordered some spportive ergonomic trainers, claiming they supported Plantar Fasciitis and high arch.

They arrived 9 days after delivery, no tracking visible after two days.

The shoe is a shell, with no arch support, no proper insoles and very poor quality.
I read their refunds policy, sent them an email requesting a return label, 3 days no response. I then contacted them through their website, they offered me £20 for the inconvenience no return label. Their company address is not an individual location.
No refund of my £45.
Definitely do not use. It doesn't deserve any stars.

I so wish I had looked at the reviews first. They ignore requests for return information. Am so cross that I wasted money on a dreadful product with appalling service. And the trainers are dreadful.
off to Trading Standards tomorrow.

Do not deal with this outfit. They are not ethical.
After 6 email, I returned a pair of shoes for a larger size, and the package was returned to me, saying that they refused to accept it.
OK, I've been ripped off for £50, never again.

The footwear I ordered was cheap looking, did not provide any support where needed and I now cannot return them.

The site should be shutdown.

This is appalling as people using this site probably have mobility issues and need good-fitting footwear. They order from this site in good faith in the hope that their footwear can help with their issues

I have repeatedly requested a full refund because the trainers have no support whatsoever as well as being to big for me
They offered less than half price and keep the trainers I have refused and want to return the goods for a full refund they have now ignored 5 requests for this
The trainers they provided can be purchased for £10 in shoezone DO NOT BUY THEM from this company they are selling fraudulent goods they do not support anyone with a bad problem and will not refund my money I am reporting them to PayPal and my bank

Order is definitely not as described. Extremely poor quality.

Once you ask for a refund they stop communicating with you. There return policy is an absolute joke

Companies like this should be shut down immediately.

Absolutely crap. not Othopedic at all. completely flimsy. worth 2.99 not £45. no response to the numerous emails i have sent.
