In my experience, this has been the roughest customer service I’ve dealt with in my 8 years of coaching. The platform started off with a lot of bugs, and to be fair, it did improve over time. But once the one support person who was actually helpful left, things went downhill fast.

I went through weeks with no replies to tickets, and several emails were never answered. During that period, I had to deal with Stephen, who was in a senior role at the company at the time, and my interactions with him were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Based on how I was treated, I personally wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I’m sharing this so others know what they might be walking into.

really disappointed, paid for the app for months reached out for help several times, finally got a 20 min call that i couldn't get on, no one gets back to me, the app looks great and i wanted to use it for my coaching business but doesn't look good when cant speak to anyone or get help, iv been pending on the community page since joining

Beware. Awful awful awful

As other reviews have said there is zero support, this guy does not reply to messages and just takes the money. He is basically opersting a scam and needs to be shut down. Had to get my bank involved to recover it. Avoid.

Been using Stridist since launch. Great app ran by good people! Some great updates recently have made programming so much easier. Clients very happy with the recent upgrades too!

I've signed up to the free trial and I couldn't find a way to cancel so I emailed them. After several attempts to get in contact and nobody getting back to me I was charged for the first two months.

I found a button took me to the Customer Portal that WASN'T available when I tried cancelling the first time and managed to stop any future payments.

I genuinely think that they are just trying to scam people.

Tried to cancel my subscription but no one ever answered to my emails and keep on charging me.
Need to ask my bank to stop the transactions…

There are plenty of better coaching apps available.

I was drawn in by a free trial, only to find there was no clear way to cancel. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response, the chatbot is always unavailable, and Instagram messages go ignored.

This company seems more focused on taking your money than supporting its customers—disappointing and unprofessional

Absolute scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. no support replies and there is no way to remove the card, cancel the subscription or delete the account. Thanksfully I used Revolut virtual card, and on revolut i am able to block payments to specific vendors.

Input card details and signed up for the free trial to try out the software. Later tried to cancel and wasn't able to find a way to cancel, so I've now been getting charges on my card.

Kept reaching out to the company to manually cancel, they don't respond, but I still get promotional emails from the 'CEO'. very scammy experience.

they seem to be very happy to take £70 a month from me without offering a clear way to cancel.

The software isn't usable anyway. keeps changing units from metric back to imperial...shows peoples age in months?? not sure why...keeps changing goal values on its own...very poor software on top of the fact that they're basically stealing
