I ordered a “Silent beanie” on Feb 19th. Until end of march nothing was happening. The tracking label wasn’t even created, so i reached out (numerous times before receiving an answer) to cancel my order. They did the exact opposite and “prioritized it”. It arrived 3 weeks later, i didn’t even want it anymore cause winter is almost over and the customer service was horrible. I opened the package and inside was a beanie that doesn’t resemble in any sense what was shown on the site. Instead of black it arrived in blue/green awful colour. Print is horrible quality, you can barely see it. On the site they advertise it as “100% cotton”, while on the tag it says 100% acrylic. Everything was just obnoxious, my shipping would cost me more to sent it back, than the beanie itself, and probably they wouldn’t even accept a return, so i will just save my nerves and at this point use it as a rag for cleaning. Would never recommend, nothing about my experience went even slightly fine.

It's been 5 weeks. I emailed them many times and they are yet to send me tracking info. They respond vaguely that it will ship soon every time. I doubt it will ever come. Don't buy from this brand

order never shipped. i reached out just for them to respond vaguely about "looking into it" with no further info. no updates since, no refund. completely unethical business practices, they only care about taking people’s money. don’t order from here, not worth the risk!!

Shipping takes a long time. Beanie quality is absolutely awful.

STAY AWAY!

I, like other reviewers on here, bought a beanie over a month ago and have still not received it. I got zero emails from them with tracking or order info and when I finally emailed them they lied and said it would ship soon, gave me no info and seemed super unprofessional in the way they wrote to me. I stopped hearing from them on email and so I reached out on Instagram dm and they responded with what seemed like a 16 y/o running it. Eventually they dmed me a screenshot of my order number (not sure why I never got that before) and said it should ship the next week and yet still no tracking updates when I look at my order number. It still says usps is awaiting the package. Bummed cuz it was supposed to be a gift weeks ago. Truly could not urge you more to not buy from this joke of a brand.

Bought one beanie because I thought it looked really cool, reviews on site said it was high quality, but after a month of waiting, I got a poorly printed, super cheap beanie with no quirks to it :( even the tag on it is some kinda mass production sad beanie and you can’t even see the deer that well on it and it stretches so much it looks funny. I payed like 25 bucks for something that probably costed 1$ to make and it’s not even specialized or anything which I was sadly expecting and exited about. I’m going to cry and thug it out for the next coming months and put my own importance on it, which didn’t come with the beanie in the first place

I placed an order and received no updates for a month then I reached out and received no reply. Only when I refunded my order did i get a response from the seller.

this brand seems to be guided in the sense of uncertainty their prices are decent but feel like your likely to get scam and the fact the brand is highly unknown makes it even more uneasy as someone who bought from their i feel uneasy and will update this review if my items do arrive until then approach this brand with cation

Wonderful experience with this brand, customer support is phenomenal and respond extremely quick. I’ve had a few orders that have been delayed but I was compensated with store credit and free items. Also the support gave me updates with shipping whenever I needed it
