The teacher was brilliant, she made the course fantastic. Very informative course.

This was by far the best course I have attended in the past few years. The trainer, Mary, was so informative and she made the course so enjoyable. The theory part of the course was well presented and the practical side was really good. Many one day courses can get boring, but this one had our attention throughout and when our certs expire in 3 years, we will be coming back to STS A+

Very relaxed atmosphere lecturer had great knowledge and made me feel at ease and comfortable asking any question.

What made the experience great was the way the training was delivered. Chris was very interesting and engaging and didn't just read the information from the board. He shared and demonstrated his own knowledge and experiences which was very insightful.

Timekeeping very good. Practical 'experiences' carried out so required level of understanding was obtained by all.

It was really good, the equipment's had almost real lungs which can be monitored by the trainer so we can understand how much amount of force we can use during real emergency. Also learnt some new things as well.
