I bought the 16oz Commuter Cup from the website and it came all the way to Spain! And I fell in love with the design! It feels so comfortable and nice to hold.

The only thing I wish could be better is the lid that came with it, which leaves coffee on my nose if I'm not too careful! I saw there's a version 2.0 of the lid that fixes this, but the one that came with my purchase is the previous one.

Otherwise the product is great.

Absolutely love my STTOKE cup! The slim, premium design looks and feels high-end, and it’s incredibly comfortable to hold and drink from. Very impressed so far — it’ll be interesting to see how well it holds up with daily use over time.

My cup arrived quickly is beautiful to look at, coffee tastes great drinking from it and it blew my mind how long it stays piping hot! Beware 😁

Easy to order, very protective packaging.
I love the mugs. I drink tea & often I have to stop using traveling mugs because of the taste changes, especially if hubby uses them for coffee (which I have an allergy to).
These mugs are unique, great to drink out off. Totally leak proof & keeps drinks hot for hours!
I love the design of the mugs, the colours & the ocean series are amazing. I’ve been using these for years & the quality of the mugs hasn’t lessened. People are always commenting on them.

Nice leak proof design and quality, just wished that Sttoke makes a mouth lid for 20oz variant. Would get it instantly.

Sttoke cups are amazing. They're beautiful, durable and keep beverages cold or hot an incredibly long time. I own 8 of the 16 oz Commuter Cups.

Customer service was a little frustrating. One order I placed was wrong, and when I tried to get it corrected, I was told I would be charged a 3.5% "cancellation fee." To Sttoke's credit, they eventually refunded the full amount (without the fee), at which time I placed a replacement order that was successfully delivered. In the end, Sttoke did the right thing. Kudos to the customer service team.

The cups arrived quickly, the colours are excellent, the heat retention is exceptional and the taste even better, add to that the leakproof lid, and I’m bloody over the moon with them - and so is my wife! They are of outstanding quality and value!
We often make a coffee not just to take to work but to take outside or my wife takes hers to her quilting studio, keeps the coffee hot whilst quilting away!

Very easy to order. My order arrived within a couple of days, and well packaged.
I am very happy with both the commuter cup and the straw cup.
I have only used them twice, so far, but have not had any leaks from either.
The only downside, for me, is due to hand problems, I find them a bit heavy.
The desert sunset is a lovely colour.

I am enjoying my coffee. Stop bothering me!

Really enjoy the cups from Sttoke, especially the leak proof feature that allows me to put the cup in my bag without fear of leaks. Plus it keeps my drinks cold for long

Quality of my Stoke coffee cup is high. The lid is so effective in preventing leaks and my coffee tastes better with Stoke

There's always very little hassle when getting a Sttoke cup - i should know because i now have 12 of them! The company makes great cups and are very receptive to customer feedback influencing their design changes.

Quality of the cups are really good, it's rare to find cups that have ceramic inside (the usual is stainless steel) and you can really taste the difference between the two.

Design-wise, they've been hitting home runs with their limited design Ocean series (which forms a large part of my collection!) to the detriment of my wallet, unfortunately.

It’s lightweight, feels lovely and soft to the touch, and I absolutely love the colour. It’s comfortable to hold, doesn’t spill or leak, and fits easily into my car cup holder. I also love how easy it is to drink from. Such a beautiful and practical tumbler for everyday use!

A mixed experience with this cup, it nails the day-to-day usability and design, but falls short on the logistical and sustainability expectations set by a local brand.
The Good
- Car-friendly fit: Slips into standard car cup holders perfectly.
- Ergonomic lid: The shape and design make it exceptionally easy to open on the go.
- Ceramic interior: The coating is exceptionally smooth and high-quality.

The Bad
- Surprising shipping logistics: As a Melbourne local brand, waiting 1 to 2 weeks for an item to ship from China rather than a local warehouse is frustrating.
- Excessive plastic packaging: For a company promoting a sustainable lifestyle, it's disappointing to have the product arrive in a box filled with foam peanuts, a foam straw divider, and a plastic bag protecting the cup.
- Subpar insulation: Temperature retention falls noticeably short compared to other Melbourne competitors.

We love our cups. The lids beautiful. Now we will be able to tell our lids apart due to the different colour tabs.

Sophie was the most impeccable customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of communicating to! She was extremely helpful in my overseas cup replacement process. She sets an impressive image of STTOKE’s chstomer service 🌟🌟🌟

I love the travel mugs- when the sea designs first came out I had to have them. When the next round came out with the Octopus and Shark- WOW!!! Even more beautiful than the Whale and Sea Turtle. I love the larger travel mug so much that I ordered a second Shark to gift at Christmas. These are the most beautiful travel mugs around.
Also to mention that they are very insulated, how I don't understand but they work! I once left the remnants of my iced coffee in my closed up car, sitting in direct sunlight, for my entire nine hour work day. Temps in my car were 109*F- I still had ice!!! Made a believer out of me. Thank you for such a great product.

Absolutely gorgeous limited edition designs! Works perfectly. I gifted this to my girl, and she really loved it. Please please make more designs! May be forest / mountain wildlife themes? I’ll surely buy more! - with love from USA
