Great mugs but little disappointed with personalisation
The quality of the mugs is great and they arrived beautifully packaged but I was a little disappointed with the personalised mugs as the website stated a heart would be put underneath the text box and instead it was printed immediately after the lettering inside the text box. I had ordered these mugs to match two my son had given us previously and unfortunately the new ones do not look the same. We live in Australia so returning them is not really an option

They are a quality product - so many printed mugs are poor quality. We like the smaller size. Also easy to order.
My grandmother and an Aunt used to live in Holt and I recall the steam trains about where your factory is.
