You advised me that the shoes I ordered…
You advised me that the shoes I ordered were no longer available in the colour I ordered. I asked you for a full refund, around five or six weeks ago, however, to date, I haven’t received reimbursement. That’s awful customer service, and i’m not happy or satisfied with the service I have received.
