Great service! My truck broke down after work and I was legit 'stuck'. Found this towing service on the web called 'Stuck Pasadena', with the lowest rates I've heard of! It was a busy Monday, and I was actually in Alta Dena, but they came thru.
I want to give the staff over at Stuck Pasadena a shout out for great customer service and being responsive! I'd definitely use them again and again!

Stuck solutions in savannah ga is garbage! They charged me and I waited for 3 hrs. No one ever showed i could not get an actual person on the phone just a machine offering to take a message. The tow person called me at 7 p.m. to say he was on the way, I had been sitting there from 11:20 a.m. to right at 3 only because I had to call a different tow service to come and get me. This was last week and I still cant get a rep on the phone to get my refund. Stuck solutions is a scam.

I needed a tow and the service was extremely easy to book online. The gentleman that towed my vehicle immediately called and continued to keep me posted throughout the process -- super kind, very professional and communicative. 10/10 would use this service again! :)

my car shut off after a bad storm and everyone was charging ridiculous prices to get me 2 miles back home. I saw this company and submitted a request online. I was quoted 2 hours but was contacted about 30 mins after submitting that someone was coming in 10 minutes due to a cancellation. Once the tech came he hooked it up and dropped my car off with no problems. He was pleasant, and my experience was amazing. IF my car ever needs a tow again I will forsure be booking with these guys again! highly recommended

Fake, False, claims and advertising. Not BBB credited, can't ever reach anyone, completely a fake company.

communication sucks and they take a lot longer than 90 minutes BUT the price makes up for it.

The tech was very good. He gave a time and was there when promised. He took care of one problem then helped with another whole issue I hadn't realized. Will always recommend.

I am going to keep it simple. The rep Melissa responded to my asking for the headquarters email with literally screaming, saying I need psychological help, and telling me to shut up before hanging up on me twice. And they still charged me for a tow that didn’t happen. Is there really anything else to know?

Stuck in Fort Wayne IN. No internet, so booked the service a block away from the site where I was stuck (to use internet for communication and booking). They gave a ETA (texted to me: for 40 minutes later). Called the company prior to this ETA (to ask about this ETA text). They told me that I should never leave my vehicle and that I would lose my money if the tower arrived, even is it was outside of the ETA. Sure enough, I rushed over to the site prior to the ETA. NO SHOW. Everything seems ambiguous by design. Money lost. They got me. Hopefully, they don't get more people. Do better Stuck.solutions! Karma is real.

I paid for a tow that never picked up my truck. The company is a fake operation with a Texas address. The online payment is a scam and steals your money. This is not a real tow company. Everyone please report.

Quick and fast service. The only issue that really didn’t affect anything was I could not do an online payment. However I was able to do it through the chat and get scheduled. A total of one hour from request being submitted and getting it towed.

I am beyond upset with this company, that is if this is a "real company'. They never showed up. They were such in a hurry to take my credit card number and claim it would be 60-90 mins to have someone come tow. I then received an automated call that my service was 'canceled'. When I called back I was scolded and told it would take ANOTHER 60-90 mins and I should be "lucky" because it usually takes up to 2 hours. The lady acted as if I was bothering her and hung up on me. I believe they had no intentions on ever coming to get my car. I payed at 1:42PM ( and have a receipt to prove) and waited until around 7:30PM after calling about 20 times, my number was BLOCKED. I told my friend to try to call them and they picked up and claim they are giving me a refund, which I have not yet received. I will reporting this company to the authorities because this is just wrong to take peoples hard earned money and then on top of that blocking your number. TOTAL BS. STAY FARRRRRR AWAY.

I called Stuck Solutions at about 6:45 PM on April 18. I ordered two tows online and paid at about 7:15 PM. It is now 10:00 PM. I have called only to have my number taken and be put on hold for 10 minutes. Thereafter I keep calling back, a voicemail comes on to say the call is going to Dispatcher 1, and then a voicemail comes on for caller to leave a message. I’ve called about 10 times in a row. No one has called me. I cannot track the wreckers for the two tows. They never showed up! I am so angry! Worst service ever! Never use this company! Zero stars if possible!

It turns out that Stuck acts as a middleman, connecting customers with local, independent tow providers. While they don't own the trucks themselves, their network found me a fast, professional, and reliable driver. The final price was exactly as promised, and the service was seamless.

I’m only giving them one star because there is nothing lower! They took my payment for the quoted $52.10. I waited hours. They called back finally and told me they couldn’t/wouldn't help me get out of my driveway for under $590 and best to just “wait for the snow to melt”!
