I have been a tutor at Studdle for around 6 months now and I can only say it’s been a pleasure and so easy to work around things. Especially with the help and support of the team that will respond to any query in short time. The system is very easy to navigate through and with your own email and responsibilities towards the parents and the students, it builds your confidence a lot as well as your social skills. It has been nothing less than perfect since I’ve joined, I’m very glad.

I wish I could have rated them even lower.
I am warning all parents wanting to engage a tutor with them. They have no qualified tutors who can help your child for SQA qualifications for basic subjects like Maths. They mention nothing on their website but would delightfully claim to have qualified tutors on the phone.
I had my child given a tutor Jon who never came on time, we had 3 sessions with him and asked for a change of tutor. We had precisely asked for someone who could teach during the summer break for 2hr/week as we wanted to be ahead of the school. Th e new tutor assigned went to Morocco after 2 weeks and during this time was not teaching anything that was part of SQA Highers and later on started combining 2hrs session in one slot which was a bit too much.
Studdle was very quick to deduct for the term and that was £500+. Seeing this, I had no other option than to ask for a refund after 9 hrs of unrelated teaching and they are just delaying it for no reason.
Extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone to this ripping off company.

The team is incredible. Very good at meeting the needs of their students and are more than happy to walk through questions to make sure the content is understood and not just told.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to everyone at Studdle, from the tutors to the admin staff, for their incredible support and responsiveness. They have always been quick to address any questions or concerns, which has been greatly appreciated.

My son has truly enjoyed his lessons, and I’m especially grateful to his tutor, Hazrat. Hazrat has not only helped him grasp difficult concepts but also ignited a genuine love for learning. The combination of revisiting topics, engaging quizzes, and practice with exam questions has significantly boosted his confidence.

My daughter have been tutored at this company for the past year and I can’t even explain how much she has improved. She has recently finished her GCSEs and has achieved the best grades. A 8 in chemistry and a 9 in biology. My daughter have said so many times how she has gained so much knowledge and confidence now as she heads into six form. I am definitely using for alevels. Would definitely recommend.

From the initial consultation to the actual tutoring sessions, every aspect of my experience was smooth and professional.The platform itself is user-friendly and well-organised, making it easy to find the right tutor for my needs. Studdle offers a wide range of subjects, and the tutors are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about teaching. My tutor was particularly skilled at breaking down complex concepts and making them easy to understand, which significantly boosted my confidence and performance in the subject.
Communication was seamless, with prompt responses from both the tutor and customer support. The flexibility in scheduling was a huge plus, allowing me to fit sessions into my busy schedule.

The coherent nature in which the lessons were tailor made to my daughter’s needs was really fantastic. The one to one tutoring helped my daughter develop fast in the area she initially struggled with (non verbal). Her tutor was very patient which helped a great deal, the post study feedback after each lesson helped us as parents to understand how our daughter was fairing.
The experience was definitely pleasant overall and would recommend Studdle to friends and family with kids any time.

I have been working as an online tutor with Studdle since my second year of university, and it's an absolute pleasure. Easy and regular contact with platform supervisors, as well as solid pairing with students. I have several chronic health conditions that extremely limit my ability to work, and the flexibility provided by Studdle means I can work however much I can manage alongside my studies. An absolute pleasure, indeed.

I have tried many different platforms for my child who has ASD. This has been by far the best. My child feels comfortable with the learning style and is now developing confidence in working independently. I am a teacher of 31 years experience, unfortunately I work full time so am unable to work at home, but I would highly recommend this tutoring. Great experience.

I recently signed up the company’s waitlist after speaking to their founder. Really excited to see what their home education platform is like. We’ve just been using Facebook forums and group chats for my 2 sons, so the thought of an app to help us organise everything is great.

I made initial enquiry very amateur. They mentioned operating since 2021 but had no numbers on success rate. I asked about in how many weeks will course curriculum be covered. Lady said she is not tutor. Their tutoring program seems to be a joke.
To answer who I am - to cover your short memory loss, I am the same person whom you are chasing over whatsapp/calls/ emails. Can send screenshot to remind you.
I think you must concentrate on your business and service rather than who posted what for whom.

The tutor was good, however Studdle seems to be quite an amateur operation at the moment. The platform and customer service are lacking. Firstly, users were forced at short notice recently to move to a different platform with quite aggressive messages by text, not helped by confusion around how to actually pay for the plan. I entered my credit card details in the what I thought was the obvious place, but apparantly we weren't supposed to use that payment feature. The platform does appear to be a work in progress. Last month I was billed twice and had to request a refund. There is also a bug in reporting, that puts the same feedback from the tutor in all fields. We finally realised that online tutoring was not working for us, so we cancelled, raising a ticket on the platform, however it seems they did not realise they had a ticketing system, so ignored my message and I had to email to chase up. I asked to keep outstanding lessons, but because they had not seen the ticket, they cancelled the remaining credit, even though we'd paid for a month. We sat waiting for a lesson yesterday with a "there is not enough balance for this lesson" error, despite having nearly a month of credit. Fed up, I asked for a refund, but have had their onerous T&Cs thrown back at me, despite them having broken the T&Cs themselves.

I was really happy with the tutor we found for my daughter to help her through her science GCSEs - it gave her the confidence she needed and assurance that she knew what she was doing. The help with exam technique and going through the practicals was especially helpful. Thank you Damini!!!

John had a very good teacher for his Alevels it really helped him with his exams to get good grades

I would like to say a huge thanks for supporting my child during months of preparation for exams and for the teacher’s extraordinary work. The teacher explained my daughter very complicated things in very easy way, high professional ( geometry, solving problems, vector…)and my daughter was very pleased to use this knowledge during the exam with massive confidence. I would like to say an enormous thank you for the excellent preparation for the exam of my daughter.
