Horrible woman, cant keep her staff, jumps from one company she madly promotes like temple spa now to tropics, filters her pictures with a NASA filter, when you mention how overpriced her products are you get banned, all the staff she has gone through speaks for itself, truly awful person.

I asked on Facebook what had happened to Paula and got banned. I had many dealings with Paula when I placed orders and found it strange she had disappeared.

Unbelievable and totally unreasonable behaviour by the owners.

I also sent an email but didn't get a response.

I ordered a dress but unfortunately it doesnt fit . I have emailed four times to try and return the item but i have had no reply. Everytime i send a message through messenger they reply with the same response asking me to email. Caj someone please help

15th April - still no refund or update on the dress I have returned. Shocking customer service

I have been buying my clothes from studio b for a few years now. The quality is fantastic and what I like is they have their own style they aren’t stocking all the items the other boutiques offer. They have fab discounted lives on fb throughout the day where you can grab real bargains. The staff are so friendly all really happy. You can see that Sara the owner really looks after her staff. The customer service is excellent if you have any sort of query. This will be sorted promptly. I wished I lived closer to the shop and show room as their interior department looks amazing.

£4.99 for delivery and still no sign of the item.
I rung the store on the 02/10/2024 to no avail. I did then manage to get through on the 03/10/2024 where I was informed that all the "girls" were on a two hour training course.
At no point was I asked for my details, so I offered these whereby they were reluctantly taken. I was advised that someone would look into it but that they were running 5 days behind.
Well my suggestion would be to stop taking people's hard earned money, unless you know you can dispatch in a timely manner.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and prompt delivery. All products are always fantastic value for money and excellent quality. So pleased I have found this company 🫶🏻. The staff are amazing and will go over and beyond to assist you when you contact them. They also do lives which clearly show items and the ladies all have a fantastic sense of humour but at the same time remain professional. They brighten up your day and make me smile.

Ott selling , £4.99 postage long ,long wait for delivery, when I mentioned this on there face book page I didn't get a response they just deleted my message 😐

Received my first order today from this delightful company.
The quality of all the items is outstanding and all very true to size as advertised
Believe me I know my fashion and design , each piece I have purchased is exquisite.
I have spoken on the telephone with Hazel today to express my delight and also to enquire about another item I wish to purchase . She was most helpful, polite and efficient .
So over the moon I have discovered this little gem of a company xxx

Came across this gem of a site via Facebook and decided I would take a chance at ordering from their website, something I don't do very often as I tend to be very cautious. What can I say.... The clothing is amazing quality and great value for money. After sales care was outstanding with a personal touch. I have now started to follow Studiob and I really look forward to their Facebook Lives which are very informative, professional and so entertaining, I feel like I am part of the StudioB Family as all of the girls are a breath of fresh air. Something we all need in these trying times. Can't recommend them enough.

Disgraceful online behaviour, with Facebook. Late delivery, always.refund for postage when you have ordered 1week later.I could go on but I won’t. Disgraceful shop. And online.

Sadly i will not be ordering again. I've ordered items 3 times and had to email them after 7 days to see where my items are(all 3 times) Only then have they dispatched them, and i recieve them 10 days after ordering. Postage is very expensive at £4.99. The delivery really lets them down. Such a shame as i love their clothes.

Standard UK shipping charge of £4.99 orders should be despatched much quicker than they are, unacceptable for the cost, I am now on day 9 and still waiting. This has happened on every order I’ve placed. So be warned, if you want the item for something special-order well in advance. Shame really because everything else about the way the company is marketing its goods is great. The shipping delays are really letting Studio B Sunderland down.

Late delivery and still waiting for refund after being sent back not good customer service wnt be ordering again .

Discovered this company on Facebook, I’ve ordered and received several items that I’m completely happy with . Delivery a bit slow but they explain it’s because they are so busy and the clothes were worth the wait (only a week by the way). If you want something different at very reasonable prices give them a go. Their lives on Facebook are fab!

Not too impressed with this company so far.
I placed an order 10 days ago and no email from company telling me they'd received my order however money has been taken out of my account by PayPal.
I have an invoice no and a transaction no.
I have emailed and left messages on their Facebook messenger.
Only received an automated response .
Beware of this company.

Recommended by a friend ordered some joggers and tops. Superfast delivery and good quality clothing. Also on facebook page which has regular demonstrations of their clothing which is great. Happy customer.
