Would order again.
Clicked order and the item arrived a couple of days later. Update e-mails from start to finish. The box had popped open in transit but no damage and nothing a bit more tape couldn't fix.
Overall very happy.

Great product and service
Chair arrived promptly and it feels and looks amazing (Hag Capisco Puls), great customer service when I called before purchasing, helpful and friendly delivery (thanks Danny!). I have never bought from StudioModern before this so wasn't sure if they were any good or not. However, they ticked all the boxes with a flourish. I've bookmarked them for the future and recommend you check them out too!
