Everyone has different experience with the capsules for sure but a lot of positive reviews helped me decide to purchase, I am leaving only 4 stars because I am hoping they can make them cheaper or atleast throw in discounts when you are a repeat customer

I think 22days is enough time to place a review, I barely noticed anything on my first week, to be honest, I just kept going since i already paid for it. The changes started to happen I think around my 9-10days, I feel more energized in the morning and i started to get better sleep at night. Because I started to have better sleep quality, I noticed that I no longer binge eat, there are no cravings whatsoever for cookies, cakes and ice cream which are all my sworn enemy whenever I try to be better. Anyway, my 1st bottle is almost done but I placed an order again, thank you s2!
