I think itsdifferent for everybody, in my case, the changes started kicking in only a bit over a month since I started taking it...

To be honest, I was frustrated at first but I continued since I already paid for it, glad I sticked, consistency is truly the key here + LOTS of patience. I hit my goal recently but I will still continue since I still have a bottle left
