The oversized knitted throw I ordered is unbelievably soft. I curl up with it every evening and it still hasn’t shed. The colour stayed true after washing too. Easily one of my favourite purchases recently.

Ordered some lights and checked the website for delivery timing. It said from Netherlands and about 8 days. We place an order and turns out it’s coming from china and the tracking estimates April delivery nearly 3 months away. We contact support who claim it will come earlier and they use different fulfilment centres. It seems like a scam to me. Also with free delivery from china - what quality will these items even be?! As surely the cost of the item must cover postage and taxes. They won’t refund and tried to stop a bad review. Will be returning urgently as doubt the lights are even safe. Terrible company misleading customers.

Exactly as other reveiwers say. Piss poor, shoddy, not what you order and you will never get your money back.

Ordered 2 gorgeous lamps from the Netherlands for Christmas presents only to discover they were being shipped from China. When they arrived after Christmas I was shocked to find they were not two gorgeous lamps but two cheap plastic badly made pieces of rubbish from China.
The items were obviously AI generated and bore no resemblance to what I purchased. Wish I could download pictures defo a scam company. Offered full refund but had to pay to ship them back to China!!!!!! Which wasn't worth the hassle. Mushroom Table Lamps don't buy them

Never buy from them again!! Avoid them. Incompetent - the worst customer service ever and completely misled about the returns service. It has actually cost more to return an item than it did to buy it!!

Terrible company wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.

Waited 1 month for my order. When arrived it was the wrong one ... contacted them... another 3 weeks to receive the right order... finally had my order... started using them... the utensils stained soooo bad ... they look dirty at all time. Contacted them again... helpless ...

Ordered a light around Black Friday time. Got an email 3 days later saying your order is delayed by 3 days. Took another month before the box arrived from China.

Product is made very poorly with bits of it damaged and half the electrics are missing. No instructions either.

Emailed the company but they refuse to reply.

Would highly recommend not to waste your money on this website.

Item i received is nothing like the picture on website,paid £30 for a lamp that quite frankly I wouldn’t even send to a charity shop!I emailed company but they said it did match description😂complete joke

Charge luxury prices for cheap products from
China that are damaged and look nothing like the images on their website.
They do not abide by their own website and avoid giving a refund.

Avoid at all costs!!! I ordered two mushroom lamps. They eventually arrived and when I opened the package I realised I had been conned!!
They are nothing like described, look nothing like the pictures. In fact they are cheap plastic, nasty dog toys! So tacky! A complete fraudulent company. They should be investigated. If you buy from here they are just robbing you of your money. All returns go to china at your cost too!!!!

Ordered a lamp was meant to be here before Christmas no sign of it arriving any time soon, contacted 5 times by email no response. Wish I read the reviews I wouldn't have placed a order they are bunch cowboys just take your money dont give dame after that. I would avoid buying from this cowboys company

I wish I could post pictures, I ordered a beautiful lamp, what i received was a miniature plastic plug in mushroom, if honest I wouldnt pay 50 pence for. All the pictures on the website are AI generated.

They've been stringing me along for nearly two weeks now after ordering a lamp from them. I wish I'd come here and read the reviews first...

The compant claims to be based in The Netherlands but it's clearly based in China - the emails I receive are all in broken English...

Avoid - they will rob you.

Cheap tat from China , long long delivery times and offers of 10% money back rather than returns which they tell you will be “ expensive” I lost £30 !

This company lied about shipping from The Netherlands. They actually ship from china using a Chinese courier.

I've asked for a refund on a poor quality product and have not received a reply for several days. Avoid

Fraud! Do not purchase from this website as it is a scam. I have lost my money to them and you will too if you purchase anything from them. They make the website look good and well set up but they are one big online fraud. I purchased a lamp from their website and after not hearing anything for a week after the order confirmation, they sent me an email saying I needed to pay more if I wanted the item as their suppliers had changed the price. This obviously tells you everything. How can they raise the price after a week the item was sold? I obviously wasn’t going to pay them any more and I asked for a refund. They stopped responding to all my emails and never heard from them again. They stole my money, didn’t send the item purchased and never responded to communications. Avoid, I have reported them to several cyber crime and online fraud websites and the police in the UK and The Netherlands (as apparently that’s where they say they are registered).
