My dad has been using this vape shop for many years since giving up smoking for health reasons. All the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly but one staff member in particular goes the extra mile. Zack is such a helpful young man. He has only met me once with my dad but last week my dad was unable to get to the shop due to mobility reasons. My dad thought the battery needed changing on his vape so as I was in Romford I said I would pop into Stylex Cloud. Zack knew immediately who my dad was and was able to identify the battery I needed. His customer service is outstanding, especially for someone so young. My dad later came into Romford with his vape and asked if I would go back and get Zack to fit the battery. Zack checked the vape and was able to identify that the vape did not need a new battery but that my dad had the settings too low. Zack was happy to issue a refund for the battery. He could not possibly have been any more helpful. The level of customer service was like something you would receive in a 5 star hotel not a vape shop. This young man has so much potential and with his friendly, helpful attitude, he will go far in life. It was a pleasure being served by him and I love the fact that he knew my dads name even though he must have hundreds of customers. He is a truly outstanding ambassador for Stylex Cloud.

I placed my order, as usual but I did not receive any email to say it was ready for collection. The staff in the Harlow shop, are always polite and helpful I can't fault them, they are so lovely.

Zack and Matt are always so helpful every time I come in for my monthly replenishments. Most of all they are very personable and always ask me how I am. They are very knowledgable and always help me with my choices which is greatly appreciated as I am very particular.
