Had a challenge with a process to complete and Trisha helped me though it step by step resolving the challenges/user error matters along the way. I felt guided and supported by a professional organisation.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Company opening process is very smooth and phone support is very helpful and useful. It took 2 days or less to open me a company with no charge!!

I had to cancel my order recently, and the process was handled quickly and professionally. Collette was fantastic, clear, courteous, and efficient in every communication. The refund was processed without any hassle, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

I recently used SUAZ Startups to handle my business application, and I couldn’t be happier with the service, the application was dealt with by Jacka. From start to finish, the process was as quick as I made it—after filling out the form, my application was sent to Companies House in less than 12 hours. Every step was efficient, and whenever they needed information or checks completed, they responded swiftly once I provided them.

Customer service was also top-notch. I missed their call, but they returned it within less than five minutes. Lorraine, who handled my inquiry, was absolutely lovely—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Honestly, I don’t understand how they have any bad reviews. If customers can’t be bothered to do the basic steps required by law, that’s on them. ID checks are a legal requirement for compliance—SUAZ is just doing what’s necessary to keep things above board.

I've dealt with Trish from the beginning and she has been so helpful with everything. Clear communication, great telephone manner and a clear care for me and my business.
