The subscription.co.uk web site is down and has been unavailable for some time. I cannot cancel my magazine subs.

I filled out a loan form and subscribe to your service so I can print this loan form off and now it won't give it to me so I'm stressed. So I would like my subscription canceled thank you very much

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY??? I'VE HAD £68 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT FOR OR WHO THEY ARE???

Every month took my money and I don't know way I can do subscription I want my money back I will call the bank today this is not normal

Avoid subscribing through this company, they do not make it clear when your next payment will be taken from direct debit and give no reminder warning to the customer that the magazine will be renewed at a higher price. It is also difficult to find out how to cancel- there is no button like there is to renew!

I managed to get my bank to cancel the direct debit the day before they took the higher payment, just in time. If you do subscribe, then make sure you put a note in your diary to cancel in a year's time or whenever the next payment is due.

Unfortunately cannot give 0 stars. Got conned for £45 inspite of cancelling the subscription. Customer service response is atrocious to say the least. No matter how much you love reading, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Autorenews without notification.

You can sign up to as many mags as you like online, but if you want to unsubscribe you need to call or email. Unbelievable.

Signed up for 2 magazine and waiting for my first magazine for both subscription. Not yet arrived so I checked my online account which says I have received two issues which is not correct.

Emailed customer service who just ignore this and say my next issue is on its way.

Keep away! Be careful before you start a subscription. I did an annual subscription of Harward Business Review, where they say they will charge my credit card at end of the period for next years fee. They did a renewal 101 days before the end of the subscription. In the term written in mail confirmation it says: "You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting customer service and will receive a full refund on all undelivered issues.".
When I try to cancel and get a refund, they refuse to help and give you a refund. That is extremely greedy and service is more like an exhausting strategy to steal your money!

Was scammed out of £45 before my trial period had even ended. No promised warning, not even registered on the website.
