A must have for all busy restaurant! We started using Sugarvine Tables from July 2025. Since then our bookings have gone up, manual bookings via phone and emails have gone right down. This is a significant saving on the time we spent on the phone and emails for bookings. The booking platform is very easy to use. The team at Sugarvine was fantastic in helping with the set up and the ongoing support is second to none. I always get a very fast response from the team.
As a testimony we had the best Valentine's Day since we started the restaurant. As with many restaurants, we had no-shows or late cancellations for Valentine's Day in previous years. For this year, we decided to use the deposit feature available on Sugarvine. It was set up to store customers' card details and we will only charge the customers for no-shows or late cancellations. We had 2 late cancellations which we filled very quickly. Apart from that, we had 100% turnout for all the bookings on Valentine's Day.

I've used Sugarvine now for 4 years and its an easy to use system thats great value for money and constantly having new features added. Clive and the team provide great customer service and are constantly on hand to answer questions, give advice etc. If you're looking for a booking system, look no further.

Quality service, I have used sugarvine over 3 years now, they are always at hand to help with any technical queries which are always resolved very quickly, direct contact via wattsap and a simple message to fix things shows the quality of service compared to your usual large scale companies.

Food- sublime, cooked to perfection. Beautifully presented, large portions, lovely vegetables.
Menu - ( Sunday dinner) essentially traditional and delicious. Caters for most tastes, those that want real flavour and food texture as it is meant to be, that produced by a real chef.
Service is by genuinely smiling, happy staff, who really seem to love what they are doing, and thrive by giving quick efficient service.
I just love these people and this place- please stay away and leave it to me!

We have been using Sugervine in our Restaurant for 4 years and it is a really easy to use system which has improved the number of people visiting us.

I've just sugarvine for my restaurant booking system for about 7-8 years.
I've always found the booking system very good for the price and it does the basics required for running a restaurant.
If ever I have and issue, I will email Adam or Clive who usually respond and resolve the issue within an hour.
The booking system does cover everything and it doesn't charge you per booking and take commission which is awesome.
If I could change it in any way my two main changes would be.
To change the system so you could drag tables to different tables, or swap tables easily for other tables.
Currently you have to change tables by going in and out of the booking mode, Selecting do not allocate, then move a table to the old vacant table, then relocate the new table. It's a ball ache that for an experienced user like myself, still takes 1 minute. For my staff who aren't as fast it can take a while longer which in a busy restaurant is a pain.

We've recently signed up to Sugarvine as our online booking and table management system. It's very easy to set up and efficient to manage. Our bookings are way up and so are sales. It's saving hours of work and the back office assistance is also great. I would recommended it to anyone.

Great product and excellent customer relations. The software is simpler and can be a little restrictive functionality-wise, however that is only noticeable as I have worked with the likes of Resdiary in the past. Whilst Resdiary does have more functionality and is a little easier to use, it also comes in significantly more expensive. In the first year of using Sugarvine there has been further development, so it is nice to know they are always working on improving the product. Sugarvine is a great small business tool with most of what you need and very little that you don't. After being recommended by a former colleague, we trialled at my hotel and have since rolled this out to a number of other hotels within our group.

We have been using sugarvine for almost a year and we love how simple and easy to use it is. There are also no hidden costs or %per booking and it does not drive traffic away from your own website. It also has functions for charging no shows and charging a deposit for bookings. Perfect for small and medium business.
