Suitcase Travel Opiniones

Mike and Lyn were so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The whole experience was enhanced because of their excellent organisation of our trip. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to use again for future trips.

Thank you Mike and Lin, always very helpful, finding and arranging great holidays over more than 5 years, look forward to using your services again in the future

I can’t really expand on all Suitcases Travel’s previous reviews. They are as good as everyone says. Personal service, attention to detail. Will definitely ask them to organise future holidays for us.

We have recently booked a 6 night Norwegian Cruise through Suitcase Travels. Mike organised our flights and transfer to and from the cruise. Unfortunately due to severe bad weather the start didn’t go to plan. Mike was on hand to inform us of the travel changes. The end of the holiday was worse the bad weather meant we missed our flight from Kirkenes to Oslo and the connecting flight to the U.K. It would have been a very stressful time of finding alternative flights and accommodation. However after emailing Mike and explaining the situation he organised everything. Flight to Oslo & overnight accommodation as the next flight out to the U.K. was the following day and transfers. All at no extra cost to us, as the Cruise ship was late arriving at Port. I can’t praise him enough he phoned and kept me up to date with all changes. The mark of a company is how well they take care of you when there is a problem Suitcase Travel and Regent Holidays were wonderful. I should add that despite the problems we enjoyed our cruise with Havila Cruises and were lucky enough to see the Northern lights on two consecutive nights.

Suitcase Travel were very helpful and knowledgeable about the holiday i wanted to book. I was kept very well informed via email and paperwork. They responded really quickly with any queries i had. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I booked a Hurtigruten voyage along the coast of Norway with Suitcase Travel. Both Mike and Lyn were very knowledgeable about the company and details of the trip, and were happy to chat through my concerns as a solo traveller, and give me tips in advance. When I needed to swap excursions, again they were more than happy to liaise with Hurtigruten on my behalf and were able to sort things for me very quickly. All contacts, both by email and phone, were prompt and efficient but also, because they are a small company, with the “personal touch”. To top it off, they passed on some of the discount they receive from Hurtigruten so I got a small reduction. I couldn’t fault the service I received from them, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Friends had already chosen Suitcase Travel for their trip with Havila to Norway which we were joining them on, so we did likewise and weren't disappointed.

Great service, Mike was very knowledgeable about the Norway coastal voyages and helped us choose who to go with. Cabin he recommended was perfect, definitely recommend.

A pleasure to deal with this family run company. The team provide a wealth of advice based on personal experience and help smooth any issues.
The transfer to Hays has not impacted the level or quality of service in any way.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good communication and documentation. The holiday went without a hitch.

Lyn and Mike took care of all the arrangements for our Silver Wedding cruise with Hurtigruten. The holiday was magical, with stunning scenery, great food on board, different ports we visited and different experiences. Would happily recommend Suitcase Travel to anyone. Thanks

I usually book trips myself but this one had a lot of elements to it so I decided to ask for the help of Mike and Lyn at Suitcase. It was a wise decision.
We flew to Bergen and took the Hurtigruten ship up to Tromso. From there we flew down to Oslo before taking trains to Copenhagen and then on to Hamburg and Cologne before heading to Brussels for the Eurostar home.
It was a fantastic trip which I'd recommend to anyone but perhaps not all in one go!
Everything I requested was covered perfectly. Nice cabin on the ship and fantastic hotels all very close to main railway stations in the various cities.
I could have sorted the trip out myself but would never have arranged such good accommodation. The Henri in Hamburg was particularly good.
In conclusion, I thoroughly recommend Suitcase Travel, a small and friendly agency who are always there to talk to when you need advice or wish to fine tune the itinerary.

We came across Suitcase Travel purely by chance when researching a Norwegian Coastal Cruise. Mike was very easy to deal with and arranged a much better deal with Havila than we could have obtained by booking direct. He was full of good advice and tips that made our experience so much better. We would thoroughly recommend Suitcase and Havila.

Proactive and knowledgeable. Great service and a great holiday without a hitch.

Excellent advice on booking our trip.

Honeymoon bliss! Wonderful service, amazing detailed information and relatively quick responses. We met suitcase travel at a wedding fair and I don’t think we will use any other travel agent. Can’t fault them! Amazing!

As others have already mentioned we discovered Suitcase Travel when searching the differences between Hurtigruten and Havila for a Norwegian cruise. On Mike's suggestion we opted for Havila and have just spent over 2 weeks in Norway. The Havila Capella was everything we hoped for - luxury cabin, excellent food and drink and very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotels in Oslo, Flåm and Bergen that Suitcase Travel selected were excellent and all conveniently located. All the travel worked perfectly and we definitely feel like we covered Norway in a Nutshell. We took advantage of the luggage delivery service between Oslo and Bergen, which meant we only had hand luggage on the train, a service we would recommend.
Both Mike and Lyn were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our queries. We will definitely look to book with Suitcase Travel again - possibly to see the Northern Lights next time. Thank you Suitcase Travel.

Extremely helpful company with respect to booking a summer holiday in Norway at very short notice. All the arrangements for flights , accommodations and car hire were seamless ( one very small hitch with a payment not received by one centre was speedily resolved) . I would certainly not hesitate to use this company again . Many thanks to both Mike and Lyn

We came across Suitcase Travel by chance while looking for Norwegian cruises and seeing Mike's blog comparing Hurtigruten and Havila. We contacted Mike and he was so informative we decided to book the Havila cruise. Suitcase Travel put together all our travel arrangements, including airport transfers (bus, train and taxi) and excellently located hotel bookings. Mike and Lyn provided a first class personal service and we would highly recommend Suitcase Travel.

Our trip to Italy could not have gone more smoothly, thanks to the the dedication and perseverance of the Suitcase Team. Having provided us with a quote initially exceeding our budget aspirations, with further development and understanding of our requirements Suitcase were able to re-quote offering a significantly improved budget with no reduction to the detail our trip involved. Four separate hotels in four locations, internal travel arrangements made as well, together with arranging top tickets for a spectacular night at the opera in Verona went without a hitch. Its not our first time using Suitcase Travel and most definitely won't be our last in using this fantastic and personal service for future holidays.
We cannot thank them enough for their efforts in what turned out to be probably the best holiday we have ever experienced...
Thank you so much Mike and Lynn for your efforts, yet again
