Went to the Nottingham store to purchase a suit for my husband and son for his up and coming wedding. The customer service was shocking. Not interested in making this a special experience at all. Hardly any stock in the shop. Was not able to try the whole suit on as no waistcoats in the store. We had to travel to another store to get one of the pairs of trousers as there was not a size in the store in Nottingham. Didn't mind having to wait for the suits to be ordered but even after spelling out my email address to the assistant it was still spelt incorrectly which meant I had to call the store as did not receive my order confirmation. Delivery to the store was pretty quick and i was called to advise that they were ready to collect. The 2 stars are for the quality of the suits and the contact. What should have been an enjoyable and special experience was a completely deflating experience. I feel that we would have gotten a better experience at Primark, spending £50 rather that at Suits Direct spending almost £600!

5* for customer service to the lone lady working in the Hornsea outlet village location on Tuesday 27th September 2022 around 9.30am. Fantastic attention to detail, very helpful and the best customer service i think we have received.

Ensure she is informed of this as she deserves much more credit and is a real asset to your company.

High Praise for the Lakeside branch. With Debenhams shutting down the suiting options are limited. Made a superb decision hiring the former Mens Suits manager his knowledge and service are the best in Lakeside. I was informed they will also be doing 'formal hire' in the Lakeside branch too, which if like the old Debenhams service was superior to Moss Brothers in terms of price and quality

From start to finish my purchasing and exchanging of suits as been brilliant.
I visited both the Street and Plymouth stores. The Street store was excellent and I can’t thank the man who assisted me enough to organise my suits for my big day.
