I first heard about Uncle Sukhi through a good friend of mine who recommended me to speak to him regarding a program that I’m trying to develop,to speak about how to structure my daily life better and how I can always extract the most out of myself to reach my personal goals.

My first session was for an hour and 15 minutes. I attended the session as one person and left as another. Uncle Sukhi opened my eyes and really made me see things differently. Putting things to perspective and making me realise certain illusions of the mind and a very eye opening truth about the fact that every emotion that we operate out of is either love or another form of love.

As I entered the session expecting some guidance on how to run a program I’m currently working on and some tips and tricks on how to structure my life better. I got much more than that. Uncle Sukhi introduced me to “The SynaGus method” which helped me see things in a more introspective way, which made me realise that our surroundings is truly a reflection of who we’re as people.

As much I was expecting a quick fix to structuring my life and my program, he made me realise that most of the work that has to be done is internal and not external. When you fix the internal your external reality follows.

Overall this experience was a much needed one and a really eye opening experience. Not the usual mentoring you would get nowadays. I strongly believe that uncle Sukhi will understand you perfectly and make you understand yourself as well. A truly warm, honest and down to earth mentor. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants to truly transform their lives.

Yesterday’s BBR Mastermind was a very positive and meaningful experience for me. It gave me the space to reflect properly, understand myself more clearly, and recognise how important it is to stay grounded while supporting others. The day felt supportive, insightful and genuinely valuable, and I came away with practical tools and a renewed sense of clarity.

I attended a BBR VIP MasterMind today, and it was one of those sessions where the stretch seemed simple on the surface, but opened up into something much deeper.

My Stretch was around how I better plan and close off my working day. I have recently settled into a new role that I genuinely enjoy, and because I love the work, I often find myself staying in flow for hours. The challenge was not a lack of energy. It was more about knowing how to consciously stop, switch roles, and create balance without feeling like I am leaving something unfinished.

Through the MasterMind, I realised that the Challenge was not really about time management. It was about structure, awareness, and giving myself permission to move from one role into another. Today I felt another layer of The SynaGus Method open to me. A deeper level of the SynaGus Tools I already know.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was understanding DFT Clustering at a deeper level. I realised it is not just about grouping tasks together, but grouping the mindset needed to deliver those tasks. Sales, operations, creative work, editing, family time, and personal time all require different states. Constantly switching between them creates gaps, and Uncle Sukhi helped me see how I can structure my day and week much more consciously.

Another powerful takeaway was the SynaGus Principle of 70/20/10 PowerPlanning and how balance does not have to be rigid. It can be flexible, but it has to be Consciously recorded and honoured. If I give more to work one day, I need to consciously restore that balance elsewhere, especially with family and myself.

The most personal part of Uncle Sukhi’s Advise was the reminder of Living SynaGus, being present for my Mother when she comes home from work. That hit deeply. It reminded me that being a son, being supportive, and being present is not separate from my growth. In many ways, it is part of my own fulfilment.

What I appreciate most about every MasterMind is that the feedback is not generic. It is personal, direct, practical, and deeply aligned to where I am right now. It helped me connect my work, my family, my culture, my values, and my own personal growth into one clear picture.

I left the session with clarity, practical actions, and a completely new way of looking at balance. More importantly, I left with a reminder that life is a Conscious game, and the quality of your life changes when you start Opening and Closing your Loops with Intention.

Working with Sukhi to develop my business venture has been extremely insightful. We covered a great deal of ground in our session from the core business model and marketing strategy through to the end-to-end customer experience. I came into the meeting without much clarity on the finer details, but Sukhi helped me fully structure my thinking and guided me through the process with patience and expertise.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Sukhi speak in person and we connected very organically on a personal level and he has even met my mum and dad. However, I was very anxious and foggy going into the chat with Sukhi.

This was due to a number of different reasons in both personal and professional capacity.

The conversation began with a brief walk through of my last few years of work and life. Sukhi very quickly picked up on a few key elements, which were very simple factors but very important for me to acknowledge. Sukhi further shared personal family anecdotes and his own life experiences.

Elements such as love and more importantly the transference of this emotion through various aspects of my work and he further went into this as explained about the water Crystal experiment. This was further taken and helped align with my feelings and thoughts in present times.

Session ended with lots of positive energy and enlightenment, but most importantly a little more clarity in the work that i need to do for my personal development.

Sukhi is a magician! He knows where you are, where you want to be, and more importantly where you should be and how to get you there.

This was my 3rd time attending the PowerGoals Masterclass, and it has been just as groundbreaking as everytime prior. It was a fantastic opportunity for me to deepen my existing knowledge on the SynaGus method and pick up knew things too. So impactful that this time around, I walked away with 33 actions- and since actioning them, my productivity, focus and business drive has increased ten fold especially by applying Uncle Ji's SynaGus 70:20:10 at a deeper level to my life. Part 2 and 3 were really helpful in rebooting my DFT skills and my PowerGoals setting skills and has refocused me on where I should truly be doing in life in accordance to God's Will. I joined a BBR Virtual Tester session today, and I came away with some great ideas of how oto approach a current issue in my business, as well as ideas for future development and growth. Very worth while.

Before the session with Sukhi, I felt quite overwhelmed with the amount of considerations I needed to make within my business, as well as the mountain of tasks that needed to be done. Focusing on one thing, and deciding what that one thing would be was challenging.

Following the session with Sukhi, I gained clarity over what was important within the market I operate in and what I needed to do to move forward.
