We’re truly sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the delivery of your order.

We have checked your order and can confirm that it was placed on 29 August and Express Posted to the delivery address in Bali provided on your order on 31 August.

I have also checked the Australia Post tracking, and the parcel is currently still in transit and will be delivered to the address provided on your order.

Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, we have no control over the delivery timeframe and are unable to speed up the delivery process. There was also no note or request on your order advising that the parcel was required by a specific date or time.

We also have not received any previous emails from you regarding an urgent delivery or any concerns with the order. We always do our best to assist our customers, but we do need to be made aware of an issue in order to have the opportunity to help.

We are therefore quite disappointed to have received a 1-star review regarding the delivery, particularly as the order was processed and Express Posted promptly from our end, and the parcel is currently with Australia Post and still in transit.

We are a small, family-owned business and genuinely care about our customers and their experience with Sundaze. We are always happy to assist and investigate any issues when they are brought to our attention, but unfortunately we cannot resolve or prevent courier delays once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.

We did send an email advising that the item in your order was out of stock and offered an alternative wrap, we’re happy to provide a screenshot of this correspondence it was sent to the email address you used placing your order at 11:30am. It’s possible the message may have been directed to your junk or spam folder. As we didn’t receive a reply from you your order was refunded.

As a small business, our stock is fulfilled directly from our physical store locations. Unfortunately, discrepancies can occasionally occur—such as items being misplaced or taken—without our knowledge until an order is processed or a stock check is completed. We sincerely apologise that this situation affected your order.

Regarding the review request emails, these are automatically generated by our system and are not manually controlled. They are triggered regardless of order status, which is why you may have received one even after your refund was processed. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this caused.

We truly value your support as a small local business and always strive to fulfil every order as accurately as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
