Mismatch in bill and item recieved.
We ordered 2 hajmola, but receieved only 1. There is no payback as well. Bill shows 2 but in parcel its only 1.

Sometimes it can happen for various reasons that your packet goes to a pickup point But every time not delivered to your home address means maybe some kind of error in your address. Please call once to postnl customer service number 088 8686868 to ask why it's happened repeatedly and file a complaint. We have done from our side already. Sometimes
litle personal contact with the local delivery man also helps.
