A great day out with our three year old granddaughter today. A couple of things are being painted so couldn't be used but it didn't spoil the day. So much to see and do. Previous reviews had said food was expensive but we didn't think it was any more than eating out anywhere else.
My husband forgot to bend down in one of the houses so beware. He's got a nasty gash on his head. His own fault though as there are signs telling you to watch your head!
Would recommend during term time as it was quiet enough to enjoy. Not sure I'd like the queuing system in place for busier days.

Great value weekend with lots for the kids to do. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rides were gentle but suitable for the whole family. Lots of lovely whimsical details scattered all over the park. We stayed at wild acre village and the site is spotless. The hut had a full kitchen which was great for us because of food allergies that limit us eating out. This was our second visit, our kids are now 5 and 4 and love it here so I imagine we will be back soon!

Poor customer service from Anne right at the entrance to the park.....left a bad taste in the mouth and really spoilt the visit.

Very disappointed with the staff attitude, clearly customer service isn't their forté

Won't be returning - back to Gulliver's going forward, it's a far better experience

Our last day today ! What can I say but outstanding ! Im starting with the staff because they are often over looked they are all fantastic! Friendly and go that extra mile in every way to make your stay as great as possible special mention to the groundsman that lent us a spanner to put up my grandsons birthday bike ! Much appreciated ! Our little lodge was perfect in every way had everything we needed ! Spotlessly clean and very comfortable ! 3 adults 2 kids it didn't feel crowded ! The attention to details is fabulous kids loved the decor in their room !
Sundown park its absolutely amazing my boys 3,4 have had a blast all week ! Grounds are well kept , very clean
We ate at crash landings on the 1st day food is nice but a little expensive.
Rodeo coral was was nice only served cold snacks sandwiches sausages etc and a little quieter than crash landings.
All in all fabulous place for the little ones ! We will definitely be back thank you !
