The pictures on this website are fake. They are copies from other reputable websites. The descriptions are not accurate either. when I receive the products which were a pair of loafer sandals and a cardigan. I was appalled at the product I received. I was so disappointed and frustrated, I was NZ$200 out-of-pocket and whilst I did get replies from a very polite Customer Service person the issue went round in circles. No matter how many emails were sent and photographs of what I thought I ordered and what I actually received, I still have no refund. I wish I could post the photos to put off potential shoppers 😤

Bought 3 pairs of shoes and not only they took a long time to arrive there were also no communication of updating on the delivery. 2 pairs of the shoes were of poor quality with insoles roughly cut and glued down.
Joints/seams were badly finished. The smell of the glue used were overpowering and the colours were way off ! 3rd pair is passable with quality, but again the insoles were just as roughly done. Do not buy no matter how attractive you find the pictures advertised online. I know they are Chinese made products, but they certainly give Chinese made products a bad name when disguised as designer/quality shoes. It's a rip off and a scam!

Sundry advertise as NZ designed and that they have a shop in Wellington. Both are untrue and are misleading (hence breech NZ consumer laws) Photo of threesome inside and outside shop in Wellington clearly photo shopped (trolley buses taken out of service 9 years ago)

They operate a customer to manufacturer business model ie act as an online market place that connects customers with different warehouses in China who ship directly to customers. Unlike Temu they do do not pass on savings to consumers.
Goods I received were of very poor quality and colours were not as shown.
They insist, contrary to NZ legislation that customers have to pay shipping costs of returns themselves.
They delete negative comments on Facebook.
I’m usually reasonably savvy re avoiding scams so disappointed been scammed by Sundra

I have just received my bag and whilst it’s quite a nice bag, it bears no resemblance to the website images:

1) missing protective feet on bottom of the bag.
2) considerably smaller than images website.
3) Does not have dedicated document pockets

I’m a little disappointed.
