I bought from them all the way from September and only one came and I orded 6 things. I also have emailed them 4 times never got any answer. when checking tracking it was never on is way they just forgot my order and is to late to do refunds.

Just don’t preorder from them. I placed an order back in April for products that were released in June and I never got them. I had to contact them in October to find out they never had any stock for the products I preordered. I went back and forth with the customer service for months. They kept me waiting by insisting they were working on getting the products I preordered (the products were limited, by the way). They kept refusing to refund me every time I asked without any proper explanation, too. Now that it’s too late to get refunded I ended up agreeing to change to other products so I didn’t just lose a bunch of money. They did update my order and told me it’d be shipped after the holidays, but that doesn’t change my experience. It was awful, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Just terrible customer service from them, and they are not reliable for preorders.

Worst customer service ever. They are dishonest and have unethical business practice. Do not wait for PayPal or credit card protection window to expired because they will not refund you and keep your hard earned money! I waited so long for the items I have pre order and never got it!!

They do not follow their own policy of shipping in stocks and pre orders together. I have ordered both in stocks and pre order items together because I got one good experience from them and it was my mistake of giving them benefit of doubt. They have shipped in stocks product of my order but left the pre order hanging there with no updates. My pre orders were deleted when I asked refund of products that never make it to me. They kept telling me to be patient and understanding but it’s been weeks and nothing. The pre orders items that were once hard to get are now available and accessible from other websites.

TLDR; Whatever you do, DO NOT pre order anything from them. They are scammers. Once you have no protection, they will keep your money and edit your order as fulfilled. I paid the price of being gullible for trusting business with one personal order that went through.

During peak promotions, there can be a short delay before shipping, but that’s completely understandable given how popular the offers are. The savings and value make it well worth the wait.

Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with both the skincare products and the service from Sungsinsa. Highly recommended!
