I would strongly advise against shopping here. I was sold three items by a member of the sales team and was explicitly told that I could return or exchange them, provided they remained unopened. When I attempted to return one of the items, I was refused on the grounds that I had no receipt — despite the fact that no receipt was ever given to me in the first place. When I raised this issue, I spoke with the regional manager, Mahaira, who was equally unhelpful. To top it off, the aftershave I was sold doesn’t even last as long as advertised. Very disappointing experience

I liked the fact that I got the fragrance i wanted however, was not happy that for months I have being requesting samples to take to other family members who are not able to visit with me whilst making the purchases and always told by staff in an unfriendly manner that none is available.

The staff very attentive and smiley. Nice fragrance also... a true treat.x

I purchased the Amber Rose candle ay the recommendation of the staff in Bullring kiosk and the said the scent will last several hours unfortunately there is nothing other products have been fine but at £25 for this candle it is abysmal. I did contact via the website and am yet to receive any sort of response. I understand it was the holiday period but it is not 12/01/26 and I contacted in Dec 2025.

Had a tester which lasted over 7 days. So I brought the discovery set to see which fragrance I liked best. Went back to the birmingham branch and purchased 2 parfume oils. They did not disappoint. Great service and beautifully fragrance products.

I like the fact that they offer great discounts. Also they have both perfume spray and oil which is great.

Was a good purchase, got greeted instantly smelt 3 perfumes before the coffee so that they wouldn’t all smell the same so I could go back and forth to my own favourite smell

I was buying products at the Bullring in Birmingham, and the salesperson seemed competent. However, when I returned two hours later because I'd changed my mind and wanted to exchange a more expensive perfume for a cheaper one, he was neither so kind nor competent. He replaced the product, the price difference being £20. To this day, almost a month later, I haven't received a refund. The customer service is very incompetent, and they either pretend not to see my replies or don't know how to use email. After several attempts to respond to emails saying, "Sorry, but you haven't replied to us" (I have a complete correspondence history and proof of their incompetence), they closed our conversation without resolving the obvious problem of not getting a refund. I strongly advise against this; I don't like the way high street sellers behave. I don't trust them. Go to reputable stores instead of spending a fortune with dishonest companies.

Like many people I got a sample from them for the abid ambre and on paper it lasted for a week plus yet I brought the actual bottle and you literally can’t smell it after a half hour I asked others and they said the same!!! Do not buy from these scammers that do not even give you a reciept

Third purchase and first in person. Beautiful scents that last a long time that I’m always being complimented on. Really lovely and helpful staff at the Bullring location. Definitely will be buying again in the future.

Popped into today to buy a gift - Sidra served me and was very attentive and spent time trying out the different scents. She was polite and knew her stuff. Received a highly standard of customer service from Sidra - and pleased with all my items.

The first time I purchased an oud perfume from Sunnah Musk, it was purely by chance, but to my surprise, my picky husband absolutely loved it. However, since their perfumes are quite expensive, I wasn’t sure if I would buy it again.

Recently, while at the Bullring, I introduced my sister to Sunnah Musk and decided to try their new fragrances. That’s when I found out that the same perfume I had previously purchased was on sale, £30 off! I couldn’t resist and bought it immediately.

I asked the sales assistant if they offered samples, but she mentioned that they don’t.
It would be great if Sunnah Musk introduced sample sizes so husbands could choose their favorites, making it much easier for wives to buy the perfect scent for them!
