Absolutely love Sunnamusk. The young lady behind the counter in Solihull, certainly knows her Oud. I explained I always purchase Heaven and Earth and what else would she recommend. I was recommended Amore Di Mari 100ml plus I requested a oil to compliment the Oud and Amber Rose 30ml was also recommended. As always spot on.

We visited the store in Touchwood Solihull today for the first time, to purchase a gift for my brother. We were greeted by Sabeeh, who provided excellent customer service. We weren't sure what to buy and he helped us to choose a fragrance. He recommended different scents and we purchased Victory. We had a great shopping experience.

Amazing service! 10/10 recommend!!
Zane (store manager) of Sunnah Musk Solihull did an amazing job in introducing me to the brand. I had often walked past the stands without giving much thought. However, after being in the market for a new fragrance and after being recommended Sunnah Musk by numerous individuals, I made the leap to see what the fuss was about.
Zane was patient with me, answered all my questions, allowed me to try pretty much every scent they had on offer, and even explained the benefits of smelling coffee beans per scent to re-cleanse my pallet (a service never before offered by any other retailer).
Zane asked the important questions about what smells I was attracted to and was able to decipher what I would like. His colleague Sadia also was very helpful and both individuals displayed great depth in knowledge and understanding.
From me simply going in for a Q/A, to leaving with purchases, it was down to a combination of Zane’s knowledge, and the product itself being so good!
I purchased the oils of Youth Spirit and Shaf X, and Zane explained what sprays would compliment with these.
Definitely aiming to go back and purchase more. Cannot recommend enough!
