I am a small business and was in desperate need of a professional to help me improve the website experience for my clients. Updates such as integrating consent forms, pop ups and 'general back of house' maintenance are a real challenge and for me and so get ignored. Richard listened carefully, took a look at my site and calmly talked me through the next steps whilst making some much needed amendments. This was my first experience of working with Richard over the phone and I found him to be kind and professional. Contacted Sunset Design needing a website for our new agency business, Leana Kevin Tur Travel. We had little idea about the creation process or what the content should be, other than it needed to be easy to navigate and have an appealing but professional layout. Sunset Design built our cycle club website and the process to do this was thorough, good value and creative. Richard came up with an excellent approach for members and non members by effectively splitting and grouping all the content into 2 halves. This was a good solution to the problem of how to satisfy 2 different types of cyclist. The experienced club rider who has already joined the club and knows the ropes. The other a new rider wanting to know all about general club riding. He is an experienced web designer that can came up with everything we needed. We are now looking to invest in phase 2 and push the website forward again and looking forward to starting this again.

As a growing business, we were looking to expand our business channels and introduce an eShop for our new domestic products.
