Sunshine loans asked why I wouldn’t sign the contract I replied repayments too high 2000 loan repayment a week was $151.28 which would be $2723 so they sent me a review of $152.68 total $2748.24 great review charge more, also be careful no matter your long term customer or loyal that means nothing if you make any early repayments you will be on the no re-loan list because they will not make money on top if you pay early you need to go the full length of the loan, this will also affect your score with other lenders, as you will be marked as one who they will not benefit from as you make repayments in full too early.

We hate to disappoint and inconvenience our loyal customers but we take our responsible lending obligations very seriously and, as per the law, we must apply a rigorous assessment process to each and every application. We consider a number of factors, and if any show that an applicant would experience financial pressure as a result of our lending, we must decline. This remains true even if the applicant has successfully repaid loans in the past. Thank you for your feedback.

You cannot reach anyone by phone
You cannot reach anyone by phone. All you get is an automated robot person that you’re talking to. Cannot reach anyone to talk to about resetting my password. Every time you asked to speak to customer service they tell you there is a long wait a robot tells you that. I’ve tried for several days not to reach someone I cannot get into my account. Customer service is terrible. Asked for a call back from a live agent no response.
If I can’t talk to someone live, then I don’t think this company is legit.
Very poor customer service!
