Kind and warm welcome, I was quite particular as this was a treat for both my daughter and myself.
My daughter had the female masseuse and I had the male masseuse, both very professional and extremely polite.
It was meticulously clean and well worth the money, I will be now choosing this for all future massages and therapy.
Jimmy has relieved my back and neck of tension from my arthritis and explained to me about my circulation, blockages.
I’ve have lived locally always and been to many different places for massages, therapy and for a treat or relaxation. This is by the far the best I’ve been to.

I had a terrible experience at Sunshine Thai, so much so that I felt compelled to share. I booked in advance, and upon arrival, after making my payment to Tata at the front desk, I was offered a male masseuse. I politely declined, explaining that I was uncomfortable with a male masseuse. Tata then agreed to do the massage herself.

Everything started well, but about 10 minutes into the session, she asked again why I didn’t want a male masseuse. I explained once more, but she then told me she needed to go to the post office and that her male colleague would take over for about 10 minutes. I didn’t feel like I had any choice in the matter. The male masseuse came in, but he was not professional, and I felt extremely uncomfortable, so I decided to leave.

At that point, he said he would call Tata back in, but I was already so unimpressed and disappointed by the situation that I chose to leave entirely. I approached Tata and explained that it was very unprofessional to take a booking under false pretences. I requested a refund, but she only agreed to a partial refund, stating that I had already received part of the massage. When I protested, she became abusive and started shouting expletives at me.

I will not be returning. I originally came here based on the positive reviews, but after my experience, I find it hard to believe that they are all genuine. Not only was the service unprofessional, but it was extremely concerning that they disregarded my clear request and sent in a male masseuse - This is a serious issue and makes the place feel unsafe.
