Not worth the time and money
Firstly the shipping was long and the link they provided for tracking was wrong. Then when I finally received it, the packaging was cheap looking.. the product.. No effect at all… no hair whitening, and the product caused my skin a strong reaction all along the hair line.
Customer service were unhelpful. Complete waste of time and money.

Thins and snaps off your hair! Do not buy!
I ordered the suntouched hair lightening spray and after the order never came and manh messages to suntouched, I received a replacement a while later. I used this product as advised on the bottle and was initially seeing some results however I soon noticed my hair was snapping off and becoming thinner and thinner. I went to my local hairdresser who had previously done my highlights and they advised this product reacts with hair dye so much so that when they tested a strand of my hair with dye it turned into a chewing gum consistency. I had to wait several months after using the spray before I could safely have professional highlights and my hair is only just starting to grow back 6 months later. I think this product is really harmful to hair and although can lighten it, it does so by stripping the hair of all its outer layers hence it then snaps off. Do not buy it!!

Possibly moldy
Suntouched is shipped from China. Beauty products made in China are sometimes dangerous.
When I opened my bottles of Suntouched, one had possible mold on the bottle (see photo).
Suntouched said it’s not mold: “this sometimes happens when customs opens the bottles”.
There’s no indication in my tracking # and package that it was stopped by customs. Also, the bottles were still factory-sealed in plastic.
Because they were dishonest, I don’t trust their product. After my return request was denied, I threw the bottles in the trash.

My hair got ruined after using this
My hair got ruined after using this. And I used very little twice and was very careful and thorough and read all instructions. My hair got very dry ( like hay) and the surface was rough and with split ends / cracked hair. And it didn't even get lighter. Just got a greenish shine and it wasn't bleached before. I also bought the purple conditioner as recommended.
My hairdresser also asked what happened and what I did to my hair, when she saw it. Can't recommend this.
