WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Just don’t use these people. If you need to change your pick up point they won’t cooperate. It’s unrealistic ti expect customers arrangements to change. If you manage to get through to their customer “support” line you will find the people they’re horrible. Rude. Unhelpful.

Don’t use this company - it’s a scam. Their drivers don’t show up and then their friends/coworkers offers to drive you for triple the amount, and you don’t have any other options in this vulnerable position at the airport. Tried this recently in Cancun airport. Waited an hour, called customer service 5 times, finally spoke to someone, who told me the driver will be there in 5 minutes. After waiting another 30 min they driver called and said he had an accident and hung up. Total BS, it’s a coordinated scam. I have not yet received my money back. Stay away from this company.

Dear travellers, with too many bad experiences and a very bad customer service, I advice you not to use this Company. Either a 45 minutes trip takes 2,5 hours, or as I have experienced today, the Company has deleted me on their pickup time. So no pick-up time on a already prepaid travel and only contact with a robot. My advice is to find other transports and NEVER prepay as you will not get the money back.

I booked a transfer in Chania Airport but waited more than one hour but the Transfer never showed up. I called the helpdesk but they was completely incompetent. More than one hour
delayed I hade to take a normal taxi.

Can't get any worse.

My transfer failed to show up to take me to Alicante airport. I only found out they weren't coming after I contacted suntransfers help line.I have now lost all faith in this company and they don't seem to be able to ressolve the issue of my refunds or care about their customers.
I'm still waiting for a refund 😡 more than a month after cancelling
Suntransfers have contacted me for my bank details to make a bank transfer but that was a week ago. I have always used Suntransfers in the past with confidence but I'm very reluctant to use them in the future.
Very frustrating if you need to cancel. Beware beware beware 😡😡😡

I booked a transfer on shuttle bus from Faro airport and when I arrived at the airport I was refused transfer due to having a bike as luggage. Previously I have never had an issue with companies taking a bike instead of a suitcase. I had made some effort before hand to contact customer service by email to clarify but struggled to find their email on their website and gave up.

I was also told that I should have called them locally to let them know I would be late despite arriving 50 minutes after my flight landed and the advise on booking form was to call if you would be more than 60 minutes from landing.

When I called Sunttransfers I was told this was my fault for not booking properly and they could not / would not help further. As a single female travelling alone this was not hugely helpful.

I ve booked a transfer from DXB to Abu Dhabi. The car was late more than 30 minutes, and there was no Premium Car as paid and booked , but a regular xar instead. I ve asked for a partial refund, and I ve got no answer. Scum .

Excellent. I have used suntransfer this holiday 4 times for 4 different pick ups at cancun AirPort. Very God Price and driver was waiting for us
My cousin forgot her bag with her passport and money at the taxi. After an online chat with suntransfer the driver was contacted and came back To the hotel To bring back the bag.👍👍👍

Pick up Palma Airport: Driver 20 minutes delayed. Only showed up after complain. Driver didn’t know the way. Took another 20 minutes Google map research before driver was able to start
Pick up El Arenal Clup Nautico Marina: Driver didn’t show up at all. Extremely inconvenient situation. Had to find a another Taxi at 6:30 in the morning. Almost missed airplane. After trip no message, excuse or refund from suntranfer. Just silence

We were really disapointed with the trip we booked with Suntransfer. First of all the boat was extremely overcrowded. It seemed like there was twice as many people as seats on the boat, and we had to stand for the entire trip. Second of all the food was inedible, and they didn’t serve us any drinks, because they said the line was too long. We couldn’t even get a glass of water with our food. In conclusion the trip was not at all what was described to us and what we expected.

We booked a transfer for this year and had to cancel due to COVID-19. We have rebooked for next year and had no problems, only having to pay the 3 euros for the insurance cover. Brilliant service during this exceptional time.

Never book with them !!!!
They will take your money and not pick you up. We had 2 transfers with them . One was 30 minutes late, the other one didn’t come at all!!

First time we used and fantastic service, easy booking & payment system. Driver arrived early was courteous, loaded all our cases & drove with care! Will definitely use again!
