I don't believe this company is legit
I don't believe this company is legit. You can't get anyone on the phone at all. I complained about repeatedly leaving messages and asked to speak to a manager, guess what you can't get anyone other than some people that appears to be an answering service, always a different person. They can't transfer you, nada. How is that for customer service? Pretty terrible.
Update: Apparently this company struggles with the fact that women have a maiden name and a married last name. Nice try, you know darn well it was four times over two weeks and there is NO CONFUSION. You all are just awful. STAY AWAY.

Quick follow up: Cynthia, first, we have the last name you left us at the front desk, but you have a different name on another review. We're wondering if you have us confused with another company? We checked our records and you called us this past Friday and twice today (not 4 times over a two week period). Our goal is to always call back within 24 hours. We messed up on Friday's return call which would have been yesterday at the latest. However, we did call you today (Tuesday). Again, our apologies.

I have known this company for a few years now, and keep being surprised about their dedication and creativity. Professional, Clear and Efficient
Vivian was professional, clear about the requests, risks and results. Document hand offs and instructions are clear and simple. The buyer that she brought to us was clear in contract language and the funding call was collaborative and supportive. I was impressed with the raw efficiency.
I understand the sophisticated nature of business financing and the reduced regulation. This is beneficial to the skilled business operator, since we get to make the determination, as opposed to the government setting standards, resulting lost opportunity. You must know that this is not consumer grade work, and understand exactly what the risks and trade offs are.

Mr. David Goehst, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Sunwise Capital. We are sorry that we were not able to make your experience with our company more than a “waste.” We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to review your feedback.
According to the application you submitted to us yesterday, you started your business in November 2107. We received your application on November 16, 2017. The form that you submitted initially to us clearly states “No Startups.” That alone would be a reason for the decline. You also never spoke to us before submitting your paperwork about your loan request. If you did we would have guided you to not apply for the reasons stated below.
However, we looked up your company and see, according to the secretary of the state you started December 2016. We next reviewed the business bank statements that you submitted. In August 2017, you had one deposit. Again, we know of no lender that would lend money based on a single deposit. This is compounded by the fact that the “deposit” was a “transfer” into the account and not an actual deposit.
We see in September and October there are 4 transfers and 3 transfers respectively and not deposits by verifiable customers.
We also see that you applied to at least two other lenders the same day who declined your application and you also gave them a 1-star rating on T.P. In fact, we see that you have been trying to secure capital from lenders going back as far as September 2016 with the exact same results and the same one-star rating.
Mr. Goehst, every business owner who applies for a business loan believes that their company or idea is worthy of funding. Unfortunately, not every application can be approved. We certainly wish you the best of luck with your endeavors in the future and certainly hope you find someone to fund your dreams.
