Product OK. Very expensive. Always getting E02 codes on the egg now more than before. Stainless steel is showing signs of rust already after about a month of use (maybe not even that). So a little disappointing if I’m honest. Customer service and speed of delivery good. Beware, they say they’re out of stock on website but the moment you order you get a delivery date, so that’s false advertising for me to make buyers think the product is popular when really it’s not…… yet. This is my honest review

Hi Mike, thanks for this review. We cannot comment on the price other than say it is great value and will offer tremendous savings over time.
With respect to E02, we would urge you to read the mail we have issued a few days ago which may be in your spam/junk folder - this solves the potential premature E02 reading you are seeing. We would also urge you to read our latest blog on water management - the link is in the mail we have issued.
From a rusting perspective we would also urge you to give the product a wipe clean, what can appear as rust is highly likely simple discolouration.
Finally, whilst we try to manage stock levels, it is not always possible and occasionally we do go actually go out of stock! The product is exceptionally popular as you would expect given its level of innovation - it sells very fast and it is not something we pick up and sell on. It takes us 45 days to manufacture and another 45 days to ship, especially now with the issues in the gulf affecting shipping times. We always notify any potential customers when we are out of stock because we offer a next day service - if we left it 'in stock' even for a few days and customers do not receive the item when expected then we receive mails and calls regarding delays. We are not so cash incumbent to be able to order as much stock as we always want and potentially jeopardise the business, we want to be here for a long time, not just a good time, so we are prudent and try the very best we can which is typically very well managed.
This really is a game-changing product, please take a look at the mailer and give it another try. It's not a 'me-too' product, it takes innovation and lots of careful consideration in design and manufacturing to bring this to market, and that also needs some learning by us and the end consumer to be used effectively which may change the processes you are used to adopting, but ultimately a new filter that means efficient filtration, cleaner water and less landfill and waste is good for the tub, and the planet.

I installed this mesh filter as per instructions and the Spa alarm went off within 1 day saying filter was blocked!
I have cleaned it and put it back on the Lazy Spa, but it shouldn't need changing so quickly

Hi Shaun, filters block when they are picking up debris in the water, it's what they are designed to do. If it's not happening with another type of filter, it raises many questions...
Effective filtration must start with base water quality, qty of total dissolved solids in the water and bio-matter present. This is a natural build-up that needs to be managed more effectively.
What needs to be considered is that if 2 x people use a 1,000 litre tub just once, that will input by volume approx. the same amount of bio-matter (dead-skin, oils...the list goes on) 200 people in a pool just 40' x 22' x 4' deep, i.e. not a big pool at 100,000 litres. Can you imagine! Bio-matter builds and is unseen, the only time you do see it is if you use a filter capable of capturing it, in this case it is SUPA Filter - it can only capture what's present.
We suggest the use of non-chlorine shock and an enzyme based additive to assist in your water management and when this is done you should find that it doesn't need cleaning so quickly, thanks

We purchased this recently, we had to speak to customer services which was fantastic and resolved our enquiry within minutes of speaking to Mark.It is easy to assemble and the video showed how to work it. It is definitely our best buy so far this year. I can have long days in our hot tub. PERFECT!! I would definitely recommend this product and company.

Supa hot tub
Ordered the supa hot tub 3 week's ago. Got the hot tub set up and had fault in the base loosing air, got in touch and another one was sent out and received in 2 days. Unbelievable service. Support is excellent. As for the hot tub, its excellent, heating up from cold in less than an hour and reheating from warm in about 20 mins.
Forget lazy spa, Ive had them. They cost a fortune to run and take hours to heat up.

Outstanding SUPA TUB & HEATER
OMG what an amazing piece of kit , my initial purchase was for the SUPA HEATER which i used to heat my lay z spa, these supa heaters give a whole new meaning to next level high quality well engineered easy to setup hot tub heating which heats the water from cold to 40° in approx 1hr making them very cost effective, we then without fail sold my heater to purchase the new SUPA TUB which has its dedicated heater where it keeps a constant water temperature set by myself, the quality of the tub is of the highest level with its hard top and dedicated lifetime filter you won't find a better package without spending in excess of 10k and even the more expensive tubs don't keep water temperature at the preset level once you start using it, just to add to this amazing product the customer service from mark and shelley is also out of the top drawer always there to help no matter what time of day and their advice is a welcome addition to my whole experience from initial purchase to final setup and if i could give 10 stars i 100%would have , so if your in the market for the purchase of a new hot tub look no further than SUPA HEATER AND SUPA TUB

Fantastic piece of kit I’ve got a 5 seater hot tub and within the hour in mode 2 it filled and heated the water , when reheating the water a couple of days later in mode 1 it reheated the water in less than 30 mins , still getting used to using it as I’d set it to heat to 40 degrees but when filled up my hot tub said the water was at 38 degrees which don’t get me wrong is hot enough but what a brilliant unit going to save me loads of money so should pay for itself quicker than I thought highly recommended

Hi Neil, thanks for the amazing review! Quick tip: when it gets a couple of degrees below your set temperature, put the jets on for 10-20 secs to mix the water. If you want it a little hotter, set to mode 2, 55 and use the pump - it will be up a degree every 2-3 mins!

Supaheater does exactly what it says in the advert. It heated my hot tub from cold in less than an hour. I then used a thermal cover overnight and the supaheater got the hot tub warm in even less time in the morning. A great product.

I'm not one to write reviews but after my experience with supa I couldn't help myself, I bought the supa hot tub which has been fantastic and really well made, the supa heater is an amazing bit of kit and really is as fast as they claim on the website, I had a minor issue and after an email I had a call from Mark and he sorted it out straight away. Customer service is second to none and the product itself is flawless!

Fantastic customer service on the end of the phone and via videos. Lid was damaged on receipt, they are sending a new one to replace it. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it. The speed of heating up the water is phenomenal!

Sadly I have had nothing but problems with the filter. I have been getting an error message ever single day since using it. I never got this before. I'm not sure if it is affecting the air flow but it keeps triggering the E02 error message. I've had to stop using it and will look to try and send it back for a refund.

An E2 is in effect telling you the filter needs to be cleaned. It is very, very effective initially even with fresh water due to different levels of total dissolved solids in the water that we experience around the country, even straight out of the tap - thats why the likes of Brita are in business.
Initially you will notice it captures very fine particles quickly, maybe even within the hr, wash it, then it may be 2-3 hrs, wash it again...next time maybe 5 hrs. If you're getting an E2 it is because the filter is doing its job effectively. over a period of 24 hrs you will be going several days and will only need to clean prior to entering the tub. What you won't be doing is constantly changing the filter itself.
What we recommend is that you also use non-chlorine shock, not to be confused with chlorine as its not designed for sterilisation, rather it oxidises bio matter in the water and reduces particulate matter build-up.
Ultimately, the job of any filter is to collect matter in the water, an E2 is informing you that it is doing its job. If you're running a long time with paper filters it can only be that it is not picking up the dissolved solids to the same extent.
Your refund has already been issued, but we suggest you keep the filter, persevere as we suggest here, use non-chlorine shock, and you will have the best tub water you will have ever had, thanks

The filter is made of very poor quality. The internal metal mesh broke the second time I've washed it and the water isn't much better clean that using normal Lay-Z-Spa filter. Huge disappointment.

The heater was dispatched very quickly, it was delayed a few days due to the festive period but that's not the fault of the supplier. I emailed them with a query and received a response very quickly.
Having unpacked the heater i found the instructions lacked definition in the pictures but still easy to follow and quite enjoyable - I'm weird like that! 😆
Putting the heater into use, it heated my 1500L hot tub from 10° to 40°C in a less than 2 hours.
I'm very pleased with this purchase, seems to be really well constructed and work extremely well. You get what you pay for!
