Supaphoto Opiniones

Supaphoto were amazing from start to finish. I brought in an old VHS tape to be converted, unsure of what was on it. When I received the digital file and realised it was just old, unimportant footage, I mentioned my disappointment — and they instantly offered me a refund. I was genuinely surprised by their kindness and integrity. They’re a fantastic team who exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

I sent 2 VHS tapes to be transferred to mp4 format. Supaphoto were super efficient and within 24 hours of receiving the tapes they completed the job. I warmly recommend this company and their service.

Excellent, truly a 5 * experience and service. The small team are all friendly, helpful and ensure you end up with exactly what you want. Had a wedding VHS tape from 1990 transferred to DVD, great quality and rekindled such happy memories. All done in 24 hours. Perfect, very happy, will definitely use Supaphoto again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

This business is such a find, they can do anything to get your old films onto the modern day technology. It’s a hive of activity, with every single recording gadget in one place. The business runs from a residential address but has a full studio set up. Friendly, welcoming and professional people who make sure every detail is checked before you hand over. Very happy to receive my usb stick with footage I hadn’t seen for almost 27 years. Great service, thanks Supaphoto!

I’ve used Supaphoto several times over the last few years and had such a positive experience. The service was professional, fast, and really friendly – exactly the kind of place you feel you can trust. Philippe has a vast knowledge of all types of formats, from across the decades, and has the equipment to transfer any media.

I’ve used them personally, and also for transferring various media formats for items that have appeared on a programme I produce on BBC1, The Repair Shop.

Last week I had an old VHS tape I wanted transferred which was stuck together and needed to be put into a new VHS cassette casing, I thought it was a lost cause, but not for Supaphoto. Philippe made the whole process simple and stress-free, and was a pleasure to deal with – helpful, quick to communicate, and just a genuinely friendly and reliable person.

If you’re looking for somewhere that does great quality work without any fuss, and offers a really personal, efficient service – I’d definitely recommend Supaphoto.

Thanks again, Philippe

Brilliant and quick service. The team recovered childhood memories from a damaged VHS

What a find! I had some old video that needed converting to digital and found that Superphoto was literally down the road. I dropped them round and received a call to let me know the work had been done already. What amazing, friendly and helpful service. I will definitely use Superphoto again and can highly recommend.

Great service. Professional and personal - felt very confident leaving my very very old audio reel and cine film for conversation to digital. Thanks

We would absolutely recommend this company. They put some old camcorder tapes onto a USB for us and the service was great. I’d previously tried to get the work done by a bigger organisation but gave up in the end because they kept making mistakes. By contrast, I felt completely confident that the team at Supaphotos knew what they were doing. Very pleased.

Supaphoto were absolutely amazing with developing a minidv tape for me. The tape was super important as I was getting paid to shoot an event on it and they literally got done within a few hours! Super happy with the result and a lovely business.

My experience with supaprint was a very pleasant experience, the owner kept me informed & they were very quick to return my usb sticks & original dvd&cine , I recommend this company ,

Super quick and efficient service. Lovely couple as well. VHS converted within half a day, I recommend!

Easy to deal with, fast and efficient service.

Excellent service. So friendly and fully explained the service to my elderly Mum . Thank you 🙏

Supaphoto were able to digitize a VHS tape which had been sitting in my attic for over 25 years, and I'm really pleased with the final result.
The company are clearly experienced in handling old media formats and the staff team all seem really knowledgeable.
Staff were always available either by email or phone and were extremely professional throughout. I really appreciated being able to chat with staff about what my options were before making a final decision as to whether to proceed. They provided a clear breakdown of the cost of their service.
I would definitely use them again.

When l contacted Supaphoto they were super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I found them so easy and relaxed to deal with and they were genuinely interested in what l needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Supaphoto.

Supaphoto have once again provided an excellent service in transferring our precious family memories for us. We have previously had videos put onto memory sticks, which saved them from degenerating. This time, we found DVDS of my daughters old dance shows and this was so lovely to be able to view again, now she's an adult! Thanks to Supaphoto for a great service.

Absolutely superb and professional service from @supaphoto. I would recommend them to anyone - excellent and polite person to person service and excellent quality!

Good communication, great service. Would recommend

Emile was friendly and responsive. The DVC tapes were converted efficiently. Would highly recommend.
