We were recommended to Rob by a friend and are so grateful. We were both hoping to get physical help with back issues but hadn’t realised it would be so much more than that. Rob is a kind, thoughtful and intuitive person who recognises that relieving physical pain (which he does brilliantly) isn’t the only answer. He gently helps you to explore underlying human factors which can cause unrecognised stress and muscle tension. It really is a multi-layered experience which brings unexpected and welcome benefits which last beyond the visit. Thank you Rob! Can’t thank Rob enough as I went in with a back issue which restricted my stance and after 15 minutes applying his magic touches I walked away painless !! I can’t believe the strange sensation I felt but the pain went away !!! Thank you for your advice and thank you for treatment 🙏

Rob has an inbuilt talent to detect the issue's. In my case it’s lower back, posture and gastric issues. His open, calm and people centred approach resonates throughout the session. After a couple of appointments I feel so much better in myself , my back had improved and my gurgling stomach and irritation has calmed down considerably. I will continue to meet him for tune ups.

I had a visit with Rob in September 2022. and even though the relief started immediate, I wanted to give it 6 months before writing a review.
So, now i can say with utter confidence that I can now enjoy my time so much more as i am not in constant pain! in fact i am almost completely pain free,
I cannot recommend him enough but like me most people are sceptical and do not believe in miracles. Like me i hope your try it the only thing you have to loose is pain! Thank you Rob and all at SuperHumans PS i may have the exact day of September wrong as it is no longer in my diary

First visit, Rob could recognise most of my problems before had asked me ! After he did his magic i couldn’t believe how much it had helped. Then as informed for the next two days the improvements in flexibility went on . Have already booked next visit

Was suffering with lower back pain and when i went to visit, Rob noticed something with my shoulder. So i told him that wehn i was 16 i pulled all the ligaments in it and in 2012 had a minor tear in my rotator cuff. Hospitals did a scan and told me i had 70% movement and that was enough. I couldnt do push ups or gym or even weight bear without giving way. Rob has completely changed my life. He has given me my movement bac, im now at the gym bench pressing 35kg and doing 15 pushups. Absolute transformation from what i was and given me my life back. Cannot thank Rob enough. And he is amazing to talk too as well. 100% recommended

I'm a 28 year old who is 6'7 and Rob was able to correct a persistent back pain and stiffness that I have had for so long I can't remember when I first had it. His methods were incredibly effective and I am now enjoying a brand new back and he has also solved shoulder pains.

I’m a 55 year old male that, having led a very active life, have various aches, pains and stiffness. After being recommended by a friend Rob sorted a pain in my shoulder that was caused by an historical cycling injury and sorted several issues in my upper and lower back. I can’t wait for my next visit where I hope he can help with issues in my knees and stiffness in the legs that have affected my sleep.

Rob is absolutely incredible, he has genuinely given me my life back, after may years of both prescription, and over the counter medication, daily pain, and despair, he has somehow relieved me of nearly all of my pain, and I am no longer needing to take daily medication.

Went to visit Rob after a friend recommended him to me. I have to admit I was sceptical but open minded especially based on the reviews I had read.

Well, I don’t know if I can even explain what I just experienced! Struggling with an ongoing shoulder injury with extremely limited mobility, Rob went to work with his magic hands!! I know quite sure what he did or how he did it but the range of movement I had when he had finished was unbelievable! I haven’t been able to reach up my back for months to undo my bra & voila, I could reach up my back. I couldn’t raise my arm laterally past my waist & voila I could reach it up to my head!

Amazing results! I would highly recommend to anyone with any injury or mobility issues to be open minded and go and see Rob & see how he can help you.

I was recommended to visit Rob, as for 4 months I had developed a bad pain in my left shoulder, neck and arm. After listening to my issue and investigating probable cause Rob set to work. This was totally pain free. I have no idea how it works,(it’s a muscle reset therapy) but it did. Two days after my first visit, my mobility had improved and the pain had remarkably subsided. I have had a follow up visit and now the pain is nonexistent.

For most of 2020, I'd been struggling to get my left arm behind my back and reach up without pain. Typically me, I thought it would either fix itself or was just another sign of ageing that I would have to live with.

However, after a session with Rob @, I was soon able to reach behind my back and raise my arm, and relatively pain-free! It has now been 24-hours since my first treatment and my arm movement is getting much easier and more pain-free.

Overall, Rob was easy to talk to, very understanding and knowledgable and delivered great results. I wouldn't hesitate to use Superhumans again and definitely recommend for anyone suffering from nagging pain.

Having suffered regular headaches and neck pain over the years and surviving on co-codomol every evening to get me off to sleep, a friend recommended Rob. Wow, what a difference after only one appointment. I'm not taking my nightly dose of pain killers and my neck has stopped its daily crunching. For a treatment that has very little hands-on, it really is brilliant. Highly recommended treatment by the lovely Rob.

Having suffered with chronic back pain for a number of years I had settled to a life where my pain was part of it. However after a recent spell of intense pain treatment with Rob was recommended. As a born sceptic I was hesitant but had reached the point where I would try. After just one session of 10 minutes my mobility Had improved ten fold and my pain had gone from a 10 to a 3. I have recently been for a second appointment at Superhumans for a shoulder injury which was causing pain and mobility issues. I am i my 40s and live an active lifestyle. A similar issue previously took nearly two years to treat with injections, sports massage and physiotherapy, limiting my ability to carry out sporting activities. I was recommended to visit Rob by a friend. Looking at the treatment method I had reservations but was willing to try something new. On my first session I could see a huge improvement. During the treatment the instant feedback of results startled me. My second treatment has yielded even better results and my range of movement has almost returned to normal and the pain reduced further. This has allowed me to sleep better and carry out daily tasks and exercise I would have had issues with two weeks ago.
I felt safe in the treatment room which was clean and bright and felt the Covid 19 precautions that were in place protected both of us in the space. The treatment itself was administered over the to of my T shirt and instructions were clear when asked to carry out a movement associated with the treatment.

Rob has been amazing. I herniated a disc a couple of years back and since them have suffered constantly with a stiff back, thinking I would have this forever. Instead after 30 mins with Rob I have had the most relaxed back since before my back injury. Great work, definitely a miracle worker.

I was recommended to Rob by a friend I play golf with as his partner had been to see him and was singing his praises, having had back pain for many years I thought ok I would give it a go, I booked an appointment which was pleasantly easy. On my meeting Rob he was very pleasant and very quickly put my mind at ease as I didn’t know what to expect really. After describing my back pain history to him he was very positive he could help me, and help me he did !!!! 20 minutes later I left with NO PAIN in my back all my back muscles realigned. I have had no pain in my back since and feel like a new man, I wish I had met Rob 30 years ago, his knowledge and skill is outstanding. My experience has been nothing but incredible. My movement patterns from head to toe have been fantastic, from the minute I left the treatment room. Spending a lifetime working on exercises to improve posture, performance, full range of motion with speed, strength and power. I hit a wall until I met our very own magic man!
