Not recommending this company. Bought tea and found snails in the bag.

After reading the reviews here, I was afraid to place an order, but this was the only site offering the Polish cosmetics brand I needed, so I decided to take the risk. The package was shipped the same day I placed the order, and a few days later (since I ordered before the weekend) it arrived. Everything was beautifully packed, no mistakes. The only issue was that I didn’t receive a Royal Mail tracking link, but after emailing Superbhb, I received the tracking number the same day. I recommend them!

The company didn’t include my flat number when sending the products (I have proof that it was included as I paid through PayPal). When I raised the issue with them and requested re-delivery, they responded not in English, which is a weird choice. Google translate tells me they’re refusing to send my parcel back again as “they’re not responsible for clients’ mistakes”. Shocking business approach. I will be raising this with PayPal.

I recently bought a bottle of syrup that seemed very watery and diluted compared to the one I originally bought in a pharmacy in Poland (exactly the same product)

The gel arrived opened. The whole package is messy and sticky, and half of the gel is missing. The complaint system only offers the option to return the item at my own expense or deliver it myself, which is a joke—why should I pay for shipping on a £5 product? This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this store; it’s time to find another supplier.

I ordered a herb tea on Aug 21 to be delivered to Derby. Today's Sep 25. We received nothing spending time in communication with Royal Mail and Superb Health & Beauty . Royal Mail responds saying Superb Health & Beauty should either return us money back or resend the order and then they compensate expenses to Superb Health & Beauty. Superb Health & Beauty keeps silence. I wonder who in UK gave this company license for online shopping. Their first replies were impolite just saying they did their job and we should communicate with Royal Mail. The worst experience with e-commerce in the UK.

Wspaniały sklep. Duży wybór produktów, ceny konkurencyjne. Przede wszystkim bardzo dobry kontakt ze sklepem np drogą e-mailową. Panie bardzo dbają o to by klient czuł się naprawdę wyjątkowo. Produkty odpowiednio zabezpieczone do wysyłki. Same plusy i przemiłe niespodzianki w postaci gratisów . Serdecznie polecam

Avoid. They are selling out of date baby food and refuse to do a refund. They will steal your money and hide. I have been sending emails for over a months and they lies that the refund was supposed to be done. One item from the order not delivered at all and again chasing the refund. In the end I have decided to give up but will try to warn everyone not to buy anything from them. I never ever had such an experience in my life. Save yourself stress and money and order elsewhere

While I was ordering everything was in stock. When I checked status of my order they put my delivery in hold because they don't have my items. No response on email to cancel my order as I am not going to wait until they will have it. PayPal going to be involved. Waste of time. I should have read comments before purchase.

very unhappy with this company. Used for first time and I ordered on 02.03.2023 (order 157331) a Magnesium VitB6 product that they sell, they actually have 2 listings on their website for the same product.
The first listing is the full price option, it is for normal/longer use by expiry dates. The second listing/page of the same product was "on sale" and was for very short use by date of 13.04.2023, this was quite a bit cheaper as it was about to expire.

I didnt want the about to expire April option as each packet is a 1 month supply, and I was ordering 4 packets to last 4 months. So I bought and paid for the higher priced longer dated option, paid the courier costs and low and behold the company has sent 4 of the short date expiring on 13.04.2023

Whats worse is when you go to their website to raise a complaint, you only have 255 characters of text, nowhere near enough, and the next stage has only two options,

1. return and pay postage yourself or
2. take it directly to a drop off location, incurring the time and cost on yourself.

At this stage its hard to guage wether its an error or worse of deliberate false advertising and trying to dump the products of the short expriring advert onto those who didnt order them, but the intial lack of any meaningful remedial course of action on their website and only presenting options where the customer, having paid for a courier must pay again to fix the companies wrong actions, is simply not acceptable.

I will be raising a paypal dispute if its not resolved in the coming days and will update this review accordingly.

Edit 22/3/23: dispute started on paypal, seller responded and sent out correct product, review rating upgraded accordingly.

I ordered some cereal from here which I can no longer buy in shops, I received the cereal on my estimated delivery date 👍🏻

I am most unhappy with the lack of information provided with regards to a new customer discount code. You cannot provide a discount code with no conditions attached and then create conditions once we have placed an order. This is unfair and akin to deceiving your customers. This company offered a discount code for money off my first order, with no conditions attached, as long as i registered with them, i did this, received the code (again with no attached conditions) and placed an order, only for the code not to work. I paid anyway as i did not want to lose out on the products and emailed them to provide the code and ask them to make a partial refund. They didn't even bother to get back to me until after i had received the goods, and then told me that i couldn't use the code for sale items. No where before or after receiving the code, does it state this condition, else i would not have bothered placing the order. This company sees fit to move the goalpost when and where it likes.

After i left the review, the company reached out to me an confirmed that i would be receiving the discount as a refund to my original payment. Although this is an improvement on their previous stance, its not good enough to do this only AFTER being left a bad review. I have updated the public with an honest review of what happened after the initial review was left and I have changed the rating from 1 star to three. I hope this company takes on my comments and adds info to heir coupons /discount codes to alert people when and how they can be used.
