Not sure what had happened with my support tickets before but once I got in touch with the right person at SuperThemes.com they worked quickly to fix my issue. The tech there was up at midnight his local time working on my site to resolve the issue which was greatly appreciated.

The support I received for installing my new theme was great. As a novice, I really learned a lot about how to do things for myself. I'm more than happy with my new looking site and look forward to fully utilizing all the Superbthemes features.

I had issues loading the fonts on my website from the new template. The SuperbThemes Support Team responded to me immediately and offered assistance. I explained that I messed up a previous theme that I paid $60 from BeTheme and I was afraid to try to fix the fonts. I bought this theme to replace the theme I could not fix. I assumed the new theme would have loaded the theme fonts when I purchased the Blogily theme and they did not. I'm sure I did something wrong in the set-up. The SuperbThemes Support Team representative said they would fix it for me at no charge and they did!!! I'm so happy!!! Thank you!!

When I purchased my premium theme through the links in my Wordpress account, I clicked on the steps immediately following my purchase instead of reading the guide before doing so. This locked down my ability to upload my purchase. Thank you Superb Themes support for going in and getting it all straight for me! Wonderful job!

I did a lot of theme shopping before I landed on "Lifestylepress." It looks great, is very customizable, loads quickly and has everything I need for blogging and future monetization. Setting it up could not have been easier and any questions I had were quickly answered. I am a Wordpress newbie, but I could not be happier.

Superbthemes makes very nice themes, have good support, and make it easy to integrate their themes on plugins into a new Wordpress deployment.

Very nice theme and the grid style looks perfect for blogs. I'm using it for my business. Looks amazing on mobile phones, especially with the appealing sidebar. Can not complain about customer service. They provide some CSS code to make some tweaks. The response was within 1-2 days.

Prompt and helpful responses.

I wanted to remove the right sidebar from my blog page and from each post, but leave it on the homepage; however the theme only had an option to have it on both the homepage and the blog page and posts. I emailed support, and although this is not yet a feature, they gave me the ccs code and then suggested I fill out the form for requesting they add it as a feature. They were quick to respond and were very nice and professional.

Staff gave a fast response to support requests but overall not a useful product for me.

I thought it would be more customizable (eg changing header font sizes, adjusting spacing of text, etc) than it turned out to be. My goal in buying a theme was to save time, but I quickly realized I'd have to adjust CSS fo most of the customization that I was looking for, and that would not save me any time to get the look for my site I was seeking.

It took some back and forth to receive a refund because the company was concerned that I may be attempting to defraud them, apparently this is something that is common with themes. Ultimately they made it right.

You can be safe in working with this company, just be careful about the details of customization that you need as some of the themes may not have the option of customization that is as full as you may expect.
