Super contractors have been amazing! I have been dealing mainly with Steven and Fiona and they have made this process so easy.
We used a different mortgage broker previously and it was becoming beyond difficult as he kept requesting many documents for us with my husband contracting for work which was not possible. However when we switched to super contractors, they were clear with what was required and made the whole process so easy. Fiona has been amazing at keeping in contact and making sure everything is in hand and running smooth. Our mortgage application has now been accepted and this would not have been possible without them!

I dealt with Super Contractors recently on a purchase which just completed today. Jonathan Lindsay and Lynda Hill helped me every step of the way. The entire process was seamless - far superior to the service I've experienced in the past with other contractor mortgage brokers.

They had a clear understanding of accounting for inside and outside IR35 income in the application process and as such managed to secure me an amazing rate of 1.18% over 5 years. To say I am over the moon is an understatement!

Equally as important as the rate, the quality of service is second to none. Lynda contacted me regularly to give me updates and to guide me through the process. I feel like I've hardly lifted a finger and Super Contractors have taken the stress out of the entire process for me.

I cannot thank this company enough for helping me secure my dream property at an amazing rate! I will be recommending your service to anyone and everyone from now on!

Final point is on fees. When compared with your competitor organisations - one of which I used 3 years ago - your fee is not only half the price but I have received a level of service that far surpasses any other I have seen.

I was really delighted with Jonathan's help in getting me a good mortgage deal as a contractor. I'd spoken to a mainstream broker beforehand and had no confidence in the advice they gave me, and as I was on a tight timescale and wanting to get a mortgage arranged before my current contract ended, there was no scope for errors or delays. Jonathan was always quick to reply to my emails asking typical first-time-buyer questions, and he was able to get my mortgage offer sent through around 4 days after applying. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - absolutely faultless service!

After looking at other brokers for contrcators I deceided to go with Supercontractors. I was hesitant due to the fact I only just started a new role and not worked for a few months due to taking a break and Covid lockdowns etc. However these guys are worth their weight in Gold and much more. They were in contact with me every step of the process as I was gearing myself up for a long drawn out process given my circumstances. When my application was submitted to the mortgage company, I was gobsmacked to recieve my mortgage offer in less than 3 days. Trust me these guys are worth every penny of the fee they charge. If you really want a 5 star professional service then you won't go wrong with these guys. Aaron, Julie, Donald and Andy are truly the fantastic 4 :)

I am beyond pleased with the level of service I have received from this company.

Being a contractor, on a years fixed term contract - my regular bank, HSBC was unable to give me the mortgage i needed. Even though I had already made my offer, and been accepted. I had also filled out all the mortgage forms on HSBC and was initially told they would be able to offer me a mortgage. Stressed, Mum searched the internet and found Super Contractors.

From the start, I felt in very safe, capable hands. I was very worried it would all fall through, having been left slightly traumatized by my experience with HSBC. Rory reassured me he has dealt with scenarios like mine many a time before, and that there was little cause for concern.

Once the paperwork had been sent over to Halifax, I was then handed over to a case manager. Donald Macdonald - genuinely one of the kindest, loveliest people I have ever spoken to over the phone. Very reassuring, and made me feel like i was a priority. Exactly the kind of customer service you want, and expect. Covid really delayed my survey going ahead, but Donald suggested I get my agent to ring the survey company up herself, and as a result I got given the earliest appointment they had.

11/10 would definitely recommend using Super Contractors to anyone who is a contractor looking for a mortgage. Donald Macdonald is awesome!

I am day rate contractor looking for a mortgage. Called and spoke to an advisor and all seemed well. He sent a form for me to complete which I did and returned and now he has vanished. No response, no call back after phoning.
Spoke to CMME and an independent after this and they were very professional, returned calls and did what they promised. My advise is to go with anyone but Super Contractors. Buying a house is stressful enough witgout worrying about a mortgage broker.

Highly recommended and professional bunch of people - regarding a recent purchase, I experienced excellent communication from start to finish regarding the overall process and what my options were, and took really good care of me throughout the mortgage and house-buying process.

I will certainly be using them if I find myself in the same situation again.
