Always helpful.
A good variety of products.
Can't fault the shop and staff.
Brilliant.

One of the best retailers I have had the pleasure of using. I have now been using their services for a number of years now and they have always provided an excellent service. Their service has always been very efficient, friendly and effective. Keep up the good work and I look forward to continued excellent service.

Excellent service delivered on time easy to use site

Staff always friendly and always have what I want

Trustworthy and efficient company that I have been purchasing from for many years. Great communication from order to delivery. Wouldn’t use anybody else. Keep it up.

Great shop! Staff are fantastic, all know their stuff when it comes to vapes. Extremely helpful and patient

Anyone who gives this company a negative comment should be ashamed of themselves as they go out their way to help and accommodate your needs. Best shop by a mile

Recently I have noticed that the coils for my Aspire Pockex, are burning out within two days, which is too quick. Apart from that, I have ordered oils, and as usual they came within the two days for mailed products, from you

Great company, decent product ecig fluid & flavour & fast delivery, would recommend 😊

Absolutely Fantastic Experience Every Time!

Super Ecig is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and just genuinely lovely people. Whether you're new to vaping or know exactly what you're after, they make you feel welcome and go out of their way to help. It’s rare to find such consistently great service — they’re knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. You always leave with exactly what you need and a smile on your face. Highly recommend!

Always had excellent experience whether ordering online or purchasing in store.

Quick, efficient & reasonable prices.

Fantastic service as usual, great prices and fast shipping 👍

Amazing service! Ordered online at 6pm and received the following day! Will definitely be back 😀

First time using this company, quick to order and find what I needed, quick delivery, will be using monthly now

Finally decided its time to switch to vapes and I was recommended Super E-cig, their website is clean and very easy to navigate so I had my basket completed within 15 or so minutes. The tank I had selected was out of stock and the company got in touch to say they had a different colour or if I wanted a refund which I think is amazing representation to the company and lovely customer service. I would recommend this website to anyone and everyone.

Promptly made up up order and delivery was on time as usual. Never going anywhere else
