Not only did he troubleshoot a really tricky automation issue for my company, but he also made sure I actually understood the solution. Gaege has been super helpful in the whole process. This came do to clear communication. From the start where we created a clear scope, and when we had feedback he was agile enough to adjust. Result: the system we wanted, with a very detailed manual, so the operations department can use it for themselves. Would recommend!
