Lovely looking labels, love the fact you can put your own picture on but the adhesive is not great.....hardly any withstood the washing machine more than 2 washes and most came off in the first wash.... Ver más

Thank you for your purchase - and apologies that you had problems with the labels. The stickers are meant to stay on quite well and not easily fall off.
It could have been something with the glue, but from our email correspondence you preferred a refund rather than a new set of labels which often solve the problem.

After one wash the labels came off, I don’t think these stick on name labels are suitable for going in the washing machine

We recommend that your put them on care label, and not directly on the garment, and avoid washing the clothes within 24 hours. Also a good idea is to press a little extra on the corners of the labels when applying them onto the clothes.
Let us know at post@superlabels.co.uk if this doesn't solve the problem and we will find a solution. Sometimes it could be something with the glue.

The best stick on labels
The best stick on labels I’ve ever tried, stay on after multiple washes in the machine and even withstand the tumble dryer. I always attach them to wash labels. They also stay on pots/lunch boxes etc even when put in the dishwasher. They’re really great quality stickers, graphics are very clear and you get so many! Very happy with my purchase, will definitely be ordering again.. when I eventually run out

I have not received my order
I have not received my order! Was told dispatched 26th Aug. Have emailled and had reply to say dispatched and should gave been recived but have still not received nor had any further communication to update.
