Supermacs in Ballina had me waiting 45 minutes

for chips and a chocolate milkshake and didn’t even say sorry

I would give it zero but you can’t.

No awareness or catering for individuals with diabetes whatsoever.

Ask about artificial sweetener and they look at you like you have two heads, like goats looking at lightning.

After three attempts saying “art-if-icial swee-ten-er” very slowly, they respond with befuddlement, dazed and confused, baffled and bemused.

Same again with another member of staff, 3 attempts again, finally a supervisor, and a bin cleaner seemed to know about it.

But the bin man said, it’s very expensive and Big Pat wants us to hide it away, to save money.

So on to the subject of fizzy drinks, no Sprite Zero for poor aul diabetes sufferers whatsoever. Again a lacking on the managerial of the operation.

So it’s a big fat zero for me, but not the Sprite option.

Went to supermacs on the tuam road, got a snack box meal, given 2 dried out drumsticks, paid €11.35 for this, I will never go back to supermacs, overpriced and no value for money at all, only good thing is the drive through, but lesson definitely learned, genuinely felt robbed when I tipped it on to my plate.

Went with a large group of children, ordered ahead, food was ready on arrival, service was excellent, also got a group discount

Visit the Kinnegad store regularly. Always a lovely food there.

Friendly staff, good food, pleasant atmosphere

Because the wait time was so long 25mins I thought the food would be super fresh but it was greasy and rock hard like it was reheated such a lovely piece of fish if it was cooked properly don't think I will get it again

Got snackbox recently in kinnegad, chicken was delicious but found lots chips were under cooked. Bought it and drove home if got there definitely would Sayed something.

The customer service in supermacs waterford barronstrand street is horrendous worker (female, brown hair, Blue shirt) decided to throw me and my friends out for no reason jsut because we didn’t ALL order food apparently now everyone in the place has to have ordered something for a “seperate transaction” which is apparently “company policy” not the first time i’ve had an issue w her please get rid of her sick to the back teeth of her

Delivery took over 1 and a half hours. Bags of chips were a joke. Shrinkflation at its finest. Over priced and undercooked food. Like the rest of the big fast food companies , greed is taken over.

Supermac’s was great back in the day but has become so overpriced and the portion sizes are a joke a small taco chips will set up back nearly €6 for literally 3 forkfuls I will avoid the place like the plague

The coke tasted watery, the burger was very average, the chips portion was small, all at 12 euro, nothing great

I went to supermacs birr today. My daughter wanted an ice cream, 3 staff members were at the front but no one approached us. We walked over to the ice cream dock to look at what was on offer, 2 staff members walked away and the other never asked were we okay. We waited at least 5 mins and no one attended to us. I also witnessed a member of staff open the ice cream mix with her teeth and pour into ice cream machine, I won't be coming here again, an absolute disgrace of a place.

I worked at Supermac’s last year and the year before at the Cork Road Waterford outlet. The head manager consistently created a toxic environment by arguing with both customers and staff on a daily basis. Rosters were often issued last minute, basic maintenance issues like broken bathroom locks went unresolved, and breaks were effectively shortened by requiring staff to clock out before their food arrived. While the staff are hardworking and friendly, management’s lack of organisation and professionalism severely undermines the workplace. If Supermac’s wants to build a strong reputation, leadership like this must be addressed immediately. High staff turnover speaks volumes about the management standards.

Cold food at drive through. Just give up with them. No care or quality control. Burger was inedible. Every time, I think I have finally learned my lesson. No more of this rubbish for me.

Bro they didn’t give me all my food even though I said my order multiple times to them and when I came back to get it they won’t give me it. Plus they put some god damn curry sauce on the fries without letting people no, l place go to McDonald’s instead.

Make sure u check that you got all the food, they are very fond of leaving stuff off the order

The soft drinks from the drinks dispensers in the supermacs plaza outlets are watered down and tasteless - experienced this in Kinnegad, Loughrea and Tuam.

20 minutes to process my order: 3 chicken tender meal. They lost the order and then just an “apologies, enjoy!” Very disappointing Mulhuddart Maxil Station!

They can get better but not as bad as people say. Eat often there!
