I ordered a pair of trainers from Nike…
I ordered a pair of trainers from Nike via your app which were supposed to be delivered today. When they weren’t delivered I contacted Nike who said they know nothing about this and it’s nothing to do with them so what’s the crack? You don’t like to be contacted apparently either.

Not taking NO for an answer
I did not want to pay through Super and did not tick the box but it did it anyway. Do not trust companies that can't take no for an answer. Further, I cannot find out if super has kept my payment details and therefore this could lead to fraud.

The merchant you shopped with, has trusted us as their primary payment processor however, this does not impact the tender you wish to pay with e.g. Visa, MasterCard or Apple/Google Pay.

I made my payment to greens through super payments they were quick to take my money but I never received the goods, I requested a refund and expect the company that the payment went to should be the same company that makes the repayment and not tell me to go to my credit card company

Great Communication from Super Payments
I have not received my order despite you taking the money on 25th September. First time I have used you I am really disappointed.
I have since heard from Super payments who have told me that they do not deal with the orders and have referred me back to Jay @ Greens Essentials who were supposed to be the supplier. Apologies to Super payments who transferred the payment to Greens Essentials.

Similar to Visa and Mastercard, we are a payment provider and unfortunately, do not have access to back end systems. When making a payment via Super, you are paying the merchant and not ourselves. We simply provide businesses with a way to take payments.

Great app, easy to use
Great app, makes transactions quick and easy. You get money back for simply paying through the app. Simple to sign up and use when making a purchase. When making a purchase next time, you can choose to take the money off your purchase or let your money back build up.

Useless
After harvesting my personal details on signing up, my account was apparently 'chosen for a review' oooh thank you! Which meant that I couldn't log in and claim my cash-back. They proceeded to hound me with emails about claiming it and not missing out so after 5 days I finally succumbed and tried to log back in. My account was still 'chosen for a review' so I could get no further. Thank you for wasting my time, app deleted.
