Like a few who've reported, very confusing and seems like i have been ripped off. Had started my contract 2 Nov 2025 where it was noted 5 months 0% option and then an interest of 29.9%, come February i have already had the interest added to my balance. I have cleared the total amount but the outstanding balance still shows 0.01 pence outstanding and the main page states nothing to pay. Also noticed the transaction page does not show in detail the payments you've made. You will have to track this through your own bank account. Not what you'd expect. I have already paid in excess of £200 just to keep my credit history clear. This is very annoying and worrying. Feels like you have been cheated.

We’ve discontinued SuperPayments after losing confidence in the platform’s security and merchant support and this is after being a partner since late 2024.
This wasn’t a one-off. We’ve seen multiple orders where “fraud” notifications arrive days after purchase. For example, an order placed on 16 Feb 2026 was only flagged on the 20th Feb 2026. That’s not “early fraud detection” other providers flag this immediately.
We’ve also seen many high-value orders go through without 3DS authentication, and transactions being labelled “normal” when you’d expect risk checks/AI to challenge them.
Despite providing evidence, we lost every single chargeback, resulting in a £4K loss, so the “protection” didn’t protect us and the losses outweighed any benefit provided by the platform.
Communication and support were also poor: we later discovered our account managers had left with no communication to us, and a colleague who raised security concerns was met with a rude, dismissive response.
When we raised these issues and were offboarded, the reply was purely transactional with no apology and no attempt to address the concerns. Not a provider we can trust.

I am very upset. I have just made a very small purchase online from a company new to me and assumed that Super Payments, the only option for payment by credit card, was simply a payment processor. I had never heard of them before. I have now received an email from them which implies that I am now somehow signed up with them for payments and rewards. I never asked for this and find it unacceptable to be deceived in this way. Is my credit card now linked with this company for future payments? I do not want this.

Rubbish. Approved everything with id and all. They accepted everything then told me to return back to the site I was buying from. Went back and it just kept buffering saying checking eligibility for 13 minutes to be exact before I gave up and just paid the whole thing myself

Really confusing set up - unsure if I've been charged to use Super or not - in the end went for full payment immediately to try and avoid unnecessary costs and told I'd lose the cashback reward... since then have had an e-mail from Super saying I have been offered some cashback - but now I'm wondering if I've paid twice for the same thing!! Klarna is MUCH easier and clearer to use

Placed an order on Amazon through super payments money taken from
Bank account but no confirmation e mail received from Amazon no order on my account and all I can do is e mail super payments, finally was sent a code for a gift card which I finally worked out and managed to order what I wanted

I put my amazon transaction through super and it didn't complete, it also happened a second time. I contacted customer service for super who looked into he matter for me and it was resolved within a day. Thanks so much for your help.

Awful experience. Ordered goods that have not been delivered, and retailer ignoring all emails and calls. Superpayments did not want to know (I didn't even know my payment was going through them!) and just ducked any responsibility or the offer of any assistance bar cc'ing the retailer into our conversation.

Beware! For a shopper with credit. There is no way to contact support in the app. No chat, no email, no phone number. On the website there is only a login for merchants. I expect this service is ok if you don’t have a dispute with the merchant. If you do. GOOD LUCK speaking to a Super advisor!
Edit I’ve found it but it’s well hidden in the app and it takes you to a web form.

I had an issue with using super payments long story short is I tried to pay using them the payment was cancelled due to the flights being sold out. However they’ve still took the credit out for me and have received a loan agreement even though I’ve not spent the money. I have been in contact with the support team and received 0 levels of support. So now I will be paying for a loan which I haven’t used.

I had an unsolicited email from Super, who I had never heard of before. It made absolutely no sense and did not explain what Super was or how it was of benefit to me, so as far as I'm concerned this is just pointless spam. "Welcome to Super" it said, without explaining why I got the email, who they are, or why they contacted me. I get enough crap in my inbox but at least they say who they are.

Everyone should use this app! It’s great for businesses and great for customers. I really like the rewards you get for shopping through the app.
But beyond that, the customer service is second to none. I recently had some confusion and needed to speak to someone for help, and Antonio was brilliant. Incredibly quick to respond, understanding, respectful, informative, and thorough. Honestly the best customer service ever. Super helpful. Even when my replies were pretty short and probably nonsensical because they were not proof-read as a have an infant and a toddler and barely have enough time to type, let alone check for mistakes (please bare this in mind when reading the review also).

I noticed a competitor using this platform and thought it looked good. I went through the set up process, entered in all our details (including turnover) etc. asked a couple of questions via email, and asked our developers to look at the integration and start it. I contacted them a couple of days later to find out how long it takes for all the options to appear in the account, and they said they are very busy but could push it through, so long as our turnover was over 5M. I said it was not, but then they said because of that, we can't even join!
On their website they show case studies for businesses with less turnover than this, and as I had entered my turnover during the registration process (from a drop down menu of options so it was quite clear), I was a bit shocked to hear this.
We have now lost money on the development that we started, and I am trying to make sure no credit checks are run and find out how to delete all my details that that have on file from me.
I wanted to warn other small/medium businesses to be aware not to apply if they are less than 5M turnover so they don't end up in the same position as we are now in.
